This condo was perfect! It was clean, nicely decorated and a great location at Sea Pointe! Just a few steps away to the main center court pool. The host was very responsive and great to deal with throughout the whole process. The condo was stocked with a lot of items that made it much easier to pack as well. Would recommend!

This was our second year renting this unit hosted by Matt. The location was great for everything including the beach, Cape May, and the Wildwood boardwalk. Matt is very responsive and the condo was extremely clean.

We have stayed in the condo for a few years now. The condo is comfortable and clean. It has become a home away from home for us. The condo and the grounds of Seapointe are always immaculate. Matt is easy to work with and always responds quickly to our questions. Last year he went out of his way to work with us when the condo building had a water main repair that required water to be turned off for a day. We would highly recommend a stay. It's the perfect place for a family vacation.

The room was great had everything that was needed. The facilities were fabulous, multiple pools, hot tubs, great common areas and fire pits plus private beach access! We loved our stay. Close to both Wildwood Boardwalk and Cape May. I would definitely stay again!

These condos are the best location in Wildwood! Clean and spacious with all the amenities. Loved that there was a coffee maker and toaster oven. And the ice-maker in the freezer was a wonderful bonus! Also other wonderful touches like games, books, and I noticed a basketball in the closet. Boardwalk and water parks are just a 5-10 min drive. Lots of local shops, restaurants and of course, easy access to the beach and several pools and hot tubs. We love the Beach Grill for breakfast, lunch and Italian ices! 2 minute walk to the coffee shop/ ice cream shop - evening ice cream is a must!! Condo was exactly as pictured and communication was excellent. Highly recommend!!!!

Property and 2 bed/2 bath condo was amazing. We have vacationed with our children in Diamond beach at the ICONA hotel (next to the gated community) a few times but never experienced Seapoint Village until this year. The grounds are beautiful, many pools and real estate for the kids to enjoy - does not feel like your at the Jersey Shore beyond the security gate. Matt (the condo owner) was great, clear communication and quick responses from booking to checkout. We would most definitely stay again. Thanks Matt!

Great location, beautiful complex on the beach. Drawback would have liked to know before booking that we had to make our own beds, then strip wash dry and fold sheets and towels before checkout. Dishes had to be cleaned and put away in. Cabinets. Too much work for being on vacation and paying the cleaning fee.

Great for kids and adults, awesome facility and amenities. The Perfect “jersey shore” getaway. Kids had a blast. multiple pool options, fire pits and beach access. Supermarket, pharmacy and restaurants within a 10 min drive. Very nice condo with balcony. Plenty of room.

The condo was in excellent condition and everything was clean and ready upon arrival! The community area couldn’t have been better with all of the pools, tennis & basketball my kids were kept busy after beach time! A Much Needed Getaway
It was enjoyable being in a “beachy” environment. The table and the chairs in the terrace were perfect. We liked overlooking the lovely neighborhood view. We avoided the elevator to take a pleasant walk around the pool. Despite the weather, we enjoyed our time in the condo very much.

The condo was very clean and Matt was easy to communicate with. We really appreciated all the additional touches such as laundry detergent and k-cups for the coffee maker. I understand that the second bedroom is listed as a den, but it’s quite small. Overall, this place was pretty nice.

Perfect Beach Condo
Thank you for sharing your cute beach condo with us! Everything was exactly as described and clean. The Indoor pool was nice and close and the parking under cover is great! We brought our own sheets and towels so we could avoid laundry but there were plenty of sheets and towels readily available. We will definitely be coming back next year.

Winter Wonderland
The condo was the perfect size for my family of four. Everything you can think of as far as sheets, towels, blankets, utensils, cookware, seasonings, recreational supplies, are already provided. Although the property does not directly face the pool, it is a just a short few steps from all the action. The indoor pool and gameroom are open, and nothing beats a private beach!

Everything was very good-unit was well appointed and clean. Seapointe complex had very nice amenities which we took advantage off. Close enough to Cape May that getting there was quite easy. A good stay which was just what we were looking for.
