We had a great stay. Plenty of room for 2 families, and the game room downstairs was a hit with the kids. It was only a short drive to downtown and everything was clearly explained.

Clean house, nice furniture and nice hot tub.

Super comfortable beds. Multiple gathering spaces with plenty of seating for our group of 8. Water pressure was a little low in the showers.

Was booked at another rental in the area that did not match the pictures and had an odor. Luckily this place was open last minute the weekend of Halloween. Good location - it also has a hot tub and pool! They also were open to us having our dogs stay with us - which great because of it being a last minute reso…thanks!

We had a wonderful time at this property! We had 10 adults and 1 two year old in our group and there was plenty of room for everyone. We especially enjoyed the ping pong table, hot tub, and fire pit! It was very close to downtown (10-15 minute drive) and we were able to get an Uber to and from Sierra Nevada easily. The property manager was extremely responsive. Would definitely stay again!

The house is conveniently located to popular destinations but feels remote and quiet, located in a neighborhood. Plenty of space to spread out but also great rooms for getting the group all together comfortably

Stayed at Brennan Brook recently during my wedding weekend. What a fantastic property. Had room for a dozen adults, also has plenty of common space and an extremely private large backyard. In fact, you could have a wedding and reception in that back yard. In addition it's loaded with amenities like a hot tub, heated pull and an EV charger. Highly recommend this place!

Had a good time at this property, pretty much as advertised, and plenty of space for 12 people. Enjoyed the pool, hot tub, fire pit, theater room, etc. Location is not too far outside of Asheville. Easy to contact property management, and appreciated the lightweight checkout process.

The house was just as advertised. Fit our group of 12 with room to spare. The kids loved the pool and game room and the adults enjoyed the spacious living areas with the tvs everywhere. The kitchen was well equipped and we appreciated the complimentary paper towels, toilet paper and toiletries. They cleaning crew definitely could have done a better job as we found the floors dirty, like they were mopped with dirty water. The surrounding neighborhoods weren’t the nicest but the street itself was nice and quiet with no complaints. The house is super convienent to downtown Asheville. We would definitely stay here again.

Very nice home. They supplied a lot of toiletries and extra every day supplies that you need in a home. There is plenty of entertainment in the home for a large group or family. My grandchildren were very content there!

We enjoyed our stay at the house. Very quiet residential neighborhood. Close drive to breweries, downtown, stores. Any issues that arose during our stay were taken care of in a timely manner. Recommendation for some pavers going to the hot tub. The movie room with the recliners is a nice touch for watching movies on a rainy night

The house was perfect for our large group. It was clean and roomy with comfortable sleeping arrangements.

My friends and I rented this property for a guys weekend in Asheville. Outdoor space at the house was incredible, from the firepit to the hot tub! The theatre room was great and big open kitchen was awesome. Big TVs throughout the house and all of the bedrooms (except one) had their own bathrooms which worked great for us. But the best part of this house was the location - a quick shot to Asheville Airport (and Sierra Nevada Brewery) and conveniently located close to downtown (including Wicked Weed and Burial Breweries!) Great communication from the property management company throughout the entire process. Highly recommend this listing!

The house is beautiful. Some minor maintenance needed. Fit the entire family (12 people) easily.

6 adults, 6 children under the age of 5 all fit under this one roof with lots of space to spare. The pool was a GREAT addition as it gave us a built-in activity for the older kids while the younger kiddos napped. It was definitely a huge highlight as the pool wasn't too deep, and had a lip around it that my 3 year old used to walk around the water (supervised of course). The game room gave everyone enough space to run around and run around in a contained manner. More importantly, there were enough bathrooms for each family and the water pressure was great after a long day of exploring the area. The configuration worked really well for our three families that went on this trip. The proximity to Asheville made it very convenient to hit up a restaurant or brewery, and pretty much everything that you could need was within ten minutes. We found a local ice cream place for a dessert treat, a Starbucks to fuel a caffeine addiction and a small playground to entertain kids when we wanted to get outside before it rained. We were very happy overall with our experience at this house as it was so close to everything and convenient to everything.

We were in town for a family wedding in Candler and this was a GREAT place to settle in for the 4 days prior - lots to do and when the pool gets done it will be even better!

We wanted to enjoy both the property we were staying in and the downtown brewery experiences on our trip. This was a perfect match with the hot tub and all amenities provided. Also a quick taxi/Uber/Lyft downtown.

Very classy home. Super close to downtown Asheville. The home had everything we needed and more. The movie room was fun for the whole family and felt special. The games provided countless hours of entertainment. The firepit was amazing too. We will be coming back.
