This property was ideal for our family vacation. It was a short drive from AMI and the beautiful beaches, but we also enjoyed the pool and hot tub at the house.

We absolutely loved the location and neighborhood. It was private & quiet by pool. House is clean and we loved the 3 bathrooms with all our girls. Host responded fast when we had questions. Very great stay! Thank you!

The pool was great. The kids enjoyed it immensely. The neighborhood was quiet. Location and proximity to the beach were very convenient.

We really enjoyed our stay. The home was very clean, in a very nice neighborhood, close to our daily destinations. The fact that each bedroom has its own connected bathroom was a huge plus! No true complaints at all. Some thoughts on how your next guest stay could be even better: 1. Given the amount of towels available, provide laundry detergent. 2. A larger pot and frying pan.

Affordable and great view

Overall we had a great stay! The house was very clean and communication with the property manager was seamless. I just have a few things on how it could be better. First, the pool was dirty. I know from reading other reviews that if we notified the property manager they would send the pool cleaner out. However, being in FL with the storms and no screen, the pool person should really be coming more often. Also, we didn’t have enough bath towels for everyone and we could not locate any extras. Same with toilet paper. We had a full house and they only put one extra roll in each bathroom. Otherwise, it is a really nice house and neighborhood. The beaches are incredibly beautiful as well.

Staying at this immaculate home was the treat my family and I needed so badly. The neighborhood felt like home, the property is spacious and modern. I can’t think of a single thing to make our stay any better. 5/5 would stay again.

I recently stayed at this property with my husband and two kids (ages 12 and 15). We had a fairly decent stay and am just going to list the pros and cons of this property. Pros: Cute interior decor Clean Property managers were very responsive and easy to communicate with Close proximity to Anna Maria Island Quiet and safe neighborhood Cons: Little to no landscaping Corner of backyard was junky Pool was consistently dirty No lounge chairs to lay out on No pen/paper to write on No lighters to light grill Overall, our stay was pleasant. I feel like this property would be much more appealing to renters if more attention was given to the small details.

Property was great. 3 beds and 4 baths. Every thing we needed was there. Owners were easy to work with. Quick drive to Anna Maria and close to everything you need in Bradenton.

Great property, spacious layout, well stocked, and top communication with owner. Would re-book again. Item of note: Pool area is a bit rough; not covered, and subject to falling leaves and debris. We arrived on late Sunday afternoon for a 3 day stay and noticed that pool had not been cleaned (floating leaves on top, sunken leaves and dirt on bottom) in anticipation of arrival. We are used to swimming in a lake, so not a total turnoff, but not what one would expect in a pool. I chalked it up to the weekend and didn't contact owner over it. We went to the beach Monday and returned to find pool still not cleaned. Went out Tuesday and found pool had been cleaned in our absence. Upon departure on Weds, I noted to owner that pool had not been cleaned until day before exiting. Tanner replied that pool service is only done weekly, not necessarily between guest stays, and had I notified her earlier, she would have sent cleaners out immediately. The fact I didn't notify Tanner immediately on pool condition is on me. I feel, however, if you are going to have a house cleaner come in and clean the premises between guests you should probably have the pool cleaned between guests as well, especially when the pool is not covered with a Florida birdcage. Tanner, build it into your rental costs; the slight increase in your rates and improved perception of your property will result in consistent 5 star ratings.

This house was a small slice of paradise and the renters were very easy to deal With. Great trip, great property, would definitely come back! Thanks for everything!

My family enjoyed a very nice week at this charming mid century modern home. The house is very comfortable. The pool area needs a little TLC and the hot tub doesn't have jets, but still heats to a nice temperature for soaking. The pool has great pool heat. If you can look past the little imperfection of the pool area this is a great place. The owner is very attentive and even addressed issues before we knew about them. The location is fabulous and many beaches, dining on the water and cute shops within 10-20 minutes. My family and I would stay here again.

My family has been vacationing on or near Anna Maria for years. We decided to try a private home with a pool this time. Big mistake. The amenities were lacking. Beach/pool towels non existent or lacking in size/quality. Cookware was lacking and made a few meals difficult to cook. Dishwasher was full of dirty dishes when we arrived. The garbage disposal was not working and it wasn’t allowing the dishes to wash either. The owner of the property finally came up with a solution the day after I told them it wasn’t working. Half the lights in the kitchen and bedroom were burnt out. Hot water was an issue for showers the whole time. We never found a blow dryer. The biggest issue was we PAID money to have the pool heated. When we arrived the pool was set at 64 degrees and was 71 degrees in the pool. The owner refunded our money for that day and heated the pool all day and night and the next day was the only day the pool was usable all day. The owner refused to set the heat and keep it at a consistent swimmable temperature (don’t ask me why). The owner would turn the pool heater off over night and of course, in November, the pool would get extremely cold again for the next morning. I tried to reason and talk to the owner with no success. My youngest loves to wake up and swim in the morning and wasn’t able to do that outside of the 2nd day. The pool would heat all day and at some point get warm enough to swim, I don’t consider Low 80s warm enough when it is in the 70s outside but the owner did. But the problem was we had plans every day. I expected my kids to be able to swim when they wanted during day or night. We usually stay at a condo complex (Runaway Bay unit 250 is amazing) and my kids never have an issue swimming anytime they want bc they keep the pool at 87-88 degrees. We have been there at Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year’s. The other issue was the hot tub. It isn’t hot unless you text the owner of the property to turn it on. Most of the time the owner turned it on immediately or very quickly. A couple times it was quite a wait to get the heater going and it takes 30-60 minutes to heat up. Again, this was not communicated and a pain in the butt. None of this was communicated with us (and I admit I should have asked more questions) when we agreed to pay to have the pool heated. The only reason we chose this house was because it has a large private pool and offered us a chance to heat it. Stick to the condos and homes on Anna Maria.

Our stay in this house was like being in a retreat center. My family traveled to the area under less than ideal circumstances (to attend my brother's memorial service after his sudden death). Virtually everything about the stay was peaceful and relaxing. The house is very visually appealing! We especially liked the scriptures that reminded us of God's care for us. The pool and the outside area are wonderful! We enjoyed morning swims and evening swims as the water was a perfect temperature (in mid September). I would definitely stay there again!
