We had family from out of state visiting for Christmas; therefore, the home was accommodating for it's purpose. The hosts were immediately responsive and communicative. The only suggestion I would have is that because there were tvs in only two spaces [there were no tvs in none of the bedrooms], then this may be something that would need to be mentioned in the listing. Also, one of the rules is no alcohol, this is something that surely should be mentioned upfront; especially since most occasions, such as the holidays, is when social drinking is most likely to occur. I do understand no underage drinking, but the "no alcohol " rule is not ideal; especially, if it is not mentioned in the listing

Outside of it being so cold, we all really enjoyed our stay. If we are ever in the area again we will consider checking into this vacation rental again.

The place was a 10/10, the host were even better, will definitely recommend and book again.

Family members - 10 adults and 1 child - gathered here for a McKinney wedding and the house accommodated us beautifully. Very clean, comfortable and perfect location. The game room was a nice bonus. Many thanks to our hosts.

Total 13 people including my family, my friend’s family and friends of my daughter’s and son’s stayed in Cyndi’s house when we went to the Texas State Fair. Everyone enjoyed the stay. The house is well maintained, meticulously decorated and had everything we needs. Kids enjoyed the game room and we enjoyed cooking. Highly recommended.

My family and I absolutely loved staying in this home on our little vacay visiting our family in Plano. The home is very clean and comfortable. Very true to the pictures. Snacks and drinks were available. Water toys were provided for my little ones. They had a blast playing outside in the backyard with them. Game room was amazing and a lot of fun using with our family as well as additional games in the TV rooms. My children were constantly entertained and busy😊 The hosts were very easy to get a hold of via txt or a phone call away. Definitely plan on staying here again when we come back to visit our family.❤️

We met my sister and her family during the week between Christmas and New Years. Each family is two adults, two children. The house was set up perfectly for us. The first floor essentially has two master bedrooms on each end of the house. So we split between the two groups, with the two adults from each group claiming one of these bedrooms. As a plus we also had separate bathrooms, rather than having to share/crowd into one. The kids got the upstairs - there are three bedrooms, along with a "loft" area with two beds and a TV. There was also a bathroom (we had our two teen boys use our bathroom downstairs just to keep all of our stuff together). We enjoyed the game room, our kids especially liked playing darts. There is also a back yard, which we didn't use, that you could toss a football or kick a soccer ball around. The neighborhood was really quiet, never saw that much traffic or encountered noise. Lots of stuff to do in the area - Oak Point Nature Preserve for walking/running, Allen Americans minor league hockey, outlet mall, and about a 30 minute drive into Dallas. Overall the house was clean, stocked with everything we needed, and the hosts were easy to get in touch with. We would absolutely stay here again if we decide to head to Dallas again.

This was an absolutely perfect experience! Everything was "as advertised", and in some instances, even better! I couldn't have been happier with my decision for our family's trip!

This is by far the best stay we have ever experienced. J&C are the best hosts. Our party of 8 wedding guests including 3 kids thoroughly enjoyed the stay. We had guests from 3 different countries and everyone absolutely loved the themes and amenities. J&C went out of their way to make sure we have everything we needed to make our wedding memorable. We really appreciate them for being so accommodative. We couldn’t have asked for better hosts. J&C are quick with their responses even if it’s after midnight. The listing is very accurate and felt even better in person. I would highly recommend this place and we will definitely rent this place again if need be.

House had a great layout for our big family including 2 young children and an infant. The girls, ages 8 and 6 loved the game room. We also appreciated the refrigerator full of bottled water.

We loved this house and it was perfect for our family gathering after the loss of a loved one. There was plenty of room. The kids especially enjoyed the game room and the back yard. The girls loved the pink room and the toddler felt right at home in the baby bed. It was a nice quiet neighborhood and the hosts were very good.

Amazing neighborhood, nice walking trails, awesome bedrooms with big beds, large closets, very well stocked. Due to a death in the family, we needed a large home for multiple people to stay. The 2 downstairs suites were very helpful, especially for an older family member who needed first floor accommodations. We enjoyed this home as it was a great landing spot for extended family to gather to visit before and after the memorial service. The hosts were extremely accommodating in our time of bereavement and went out of their way to help us. Would definitely recommend this property and the hosts. Both were outstanding.

This property was great. It was the attention to the small details that made all the difference. This is the first property that we have stayed at that had shampoo, cream Rivne, soap, toothbrushes and tooth paste that were put out for our use. The host also provided snacks and had games. Both board games and card games. Everything was very clean. The beds were nice. It was close to shopping and food.

My wife and I hosted some family from Germany here during our daughter’s wedding weekend. It was SOOOO COMFORTABLE and RELAXING. Such a perfect choice for us. Super clean and welcoming.

Sadly we stayed in the home due to a death in the family. The home was very accommodating and had everything we needed. Cyndi had baby equipment there for us to use as well as toys/games for the kids. Cleaning supplies, hairdryers, toothbrushes, coffee, etc. She thought of it all. Great location! We felt safe. Adults could have fun too. Gameroom was a hit! Thank you!

We recently stayed for a dance competition. We had 8 teenagers along with our directors in tow. The house slept everyone so comfortably! Hosts J&C were super helpful! The house was even stocked with drinks and snacks for us! Will definitely recommend!
