Just got back from a wonderful week in Cape May and really enjoyed Loretta and Rob's rental property. Easy 10-15 minute walk to the beach and an even easier walk to the Washington Mall area with all of it's shops and dining options. The storage unit at the beach was very helpful (bang the lock lightly if it sticks!) and had everything we needed. Accommodations were spacious and clean. We especially loved watching "Zach The Bat" who lives on the outer screen in one of the kitchen windows. We consider him a member of our family now! Only inconvenience is the door to the front balcony being located in the kids bedroom which was challenging early in the morning and late at night. All in all, we were very happy with our decision and would recommend this property.

We loved our stay at Rob and Loretta’s! The house was perfect for our small family and doggo. It was an easy bike ride to the beach and the accessibility to the beach box was fantastic! We even got to watch a bat hang out outside one of the windows every day (kids names her Hilga)

Great place to stay. Walkable to everything ! We enjoyed the outdoor deck for coffee! Would definitely stay here again.

We went for a girls trip. The location was absolutely fabulous and the condo was very spacious. However, the property is in need of a deep clean, the bathrooms in particular and the baseboards, which were covered in a layer of dust and dirt. Additionally, there were no paper towels, full sized trash bags, or kitchen towels (we were aware we needed to bring our own bath/beach towels and linens). Lastly, the water from the fridge barely came out and the ice machine was faulty so I would suggest bringing your own water. In the future, would appreciate a more flexible checkout time. Beds and sofa were very comfortable. Overall, we enjoyed our stay in Cape May.

The condo was super cute and well decorated. Having the beach gear at the beach was very convenient and made the walk much easier. Communication with owner was easy and quick. Highly recommend staying here with your family.

Enjoyable stay.. Nice large table for eating. Bonus to have 2 parking spots though you will have to jockey cars occasionally. Or just walk. It’s walkable to downtown but if you bring bikes it would be super easy. I do wish check out was a little later but I’m sure it has to do with tight cleaning schedules. Will stay again. Thanks.

We booked this for our parents. The host was accommodating when we had to unexpectedly switch daters last minute. They enjoyed the house and how clean it was. Highly recommend.

We had a great stay! The condo was perfect for us to attend a wedding close by and enjoy Cape May before & after! Very close to everything, great layout & decor…this condo was a great weekend getaway spot for my hubby & me and our fur baby! Very quiet and yet walkable to fun!

This property was super clean and conveniently located. We especially appreciated the well stocked kitchen and beach tags. Beds were clean and comfy. Lots of space for our family to spread out when we weren't on the beach. Extra bonus was the proximity to the jitney. We loved not having to drive or search for parking around town each night.

We enjoyed our stay at this house! Loretta was so helpful and responded quickly. The top floor balcony and kitchen table were our favorite spots to hang out as a group. If you don't mind a bit of a walk to the beach, this is the place for you. It took about 15 min with children, but the cart the house provides was very helpful. We were able to walk to places or drive with ease. Parking was not difficult to find by the beach if you do need to drive.

Our stay at Loretta and Robs place was great! The place was just as it was listed and clean. With 6 adults and 2 kids it was a little snug but we made it work. Located right across the street from a nice playground and dog park. Check-in and checkout process was a breeze. Great communication from host. We will be back next year!

Great location to walk into town and the beach. Rental is clean and updated. We enjoyed the front deck in the mornings and evenings. Its difficult to park in Cape May so having two parking spaces is wonderful. Will definitely rent again.

A few of my closest friends spent the weekend at this cozy, clean apartment close to downtown! We were able to safely walk downtown to spend the evening shopping, enjoying the Christmas parade, having dinner, and looking at lights. The place was just enough space for all of us and provided us with great amenities to make us feel at home. We would absolutely love to stay here again during our traditional get together.

This property is in the perfect location to walk to shops, restaurants, supermarket, etc. This condo was perfect for our 2 families of 4 people. The owners are wonderful communicating with and the property is updated and clean. We highly recommend this property!

The house was convenient to the main mall, the grocery store, the dog park and the beach. I had a lovely time and I was pleased with the premises. It was spacious, comfortable and I would recommend it highly.

We had a great stay. The property was clean and well appointed. It has everything you’ll need. We especially loved the beach box usage so that we could store our chairs, umbrella etc. The owners even had beach chairs, and an umbrella for us to use. The condo is a short walk to the mall. We had a great week!

Fantastic 2-week Stay. The condo is aweome!
My family had a fantastic 2-weeks in Cape May and the condo was great! All the amenities you need. The front deck has a nice table with chairs and umbrella which added to our outdoor space use. The kitchen was fully stocked, great big refrigerator and all updated appliances. The 2 bathrooms are great and all the beds are very comfortable. And the décor is really really nice... a great beachy theme. The owners have a beach box with Nice new chairs and umbrella!! We rode our bikes to the beach everyday and just got the chairs and umbrella from the box. Overall the accommodations are great and we would definitely stay there again. Self Check-in and check out was supper easy and the owners were very responsive with any questions we had.

A perfect gem
This apartment is amazing! It easily accommodated 7 adults with plenty of living room space for conversation and games. The front porch is divine for morning coffee. And it’s only a quick 12 minute walk to beach. We loved the locker on the beach which had chairs and an umbrella. Loretta was super quick to respond to my questions and let us check in when the cleaners were finished, which is much appreciated. Highly recommend this condo for a stay in Cape May!

Cute condo, great location
This is a lovely property easily walkable to town. Was perfect for our quick trip to Cape May and Loretta was very communicative. The parking is a little challenging but other than that we enjoyed it very much.

Great vacation spot
Great place for a mini getaway in Cape May. Playground and dog park located across the street. Accommodated early check in. Fully equipped kitchen and overall cleaned well upon arrival. Only downside is having the tall glass vase located next to the dining table which I think not a safe place to store and display.

Absolute best host!
I can not say enough about this host. 5 stars is not enough for this host and their property. I wish I could give them 10+ stars! The host went above and beyond to accommodate us in every way! Our family has been vacationing in Cape May for 29 years and this was the best experience we ever had with accommodations! We will rent this property ever year if it is available.

Our stay was great and exactly as expected. Loretta was extremely great at communicating and checking in. The place was clean and we were able to walk to the downtown and beaches no problem

We loved staying at this condo. It was comfortable and clean. It’s close to everything. We actually walked everywhere. We look forward to staying again! Not one problem so I didn’t need to contact owners. I’m sure they would have responded in a timely manner. Cape May is beautiful even

Excellent accommodations!
Loretta and Rob were very hospitable and their place is in a great location very walkable to shopping, grocery store, bars and restaurants in Cape May.
The condo was fastidiously clean and appealing. Beds were comfortable and furnishings in good shape. Very nice kitchen with good appointments.
Would definitely rent again when back in Cape May!
