The location is perfect, lots of stuff to do right around it. The neighborhood/townhomes are nice. Great value proposition given the fact that they have a washer and dryer and dishwasher. The bedrooms are nice, and the beds are comfortable. Not a big place but was perfect for my son and I during a week for a baseball tournament - 20 minutes away. Any issues we had, the owners addressed fairly quickly. We would stay here again if we were to do another tournament In the Birmingham area. Thanks!

My husband and I traveled to town to meet our grand daughter for the first time. The hosts were so accommodating in allowing us to check in at 12n and giving us the option to have our daughter come visit. Their timely responses were much appreciated. The condo was very clean and welcoming, and the location was perfect! 5/5 stars and definitely recommend.

I’ve stayed at quite a few VRBO places over the years and sure there’s always things you can nitpick about but largely if there’s communication between the renter and owner things work out well. This is a good spot if you just need to relax or are in the area for a weekend getaway. We stayed for a weekend softball tournament and the condo was perfect for that! Located in a very nice quiet area and everything we could possibly expect was delivered.

Our daughter got married nearby and we needed a location to stay. Host allowed early entry and the location was perfect for our stay. It was clean and comfortable. Appreciated the fluffy towels and comfortable bed! Check in was so simple. Would stay again!

Easy stay for baseball tourney. Could use further updates. Hosts addressed our issues quickly and accommodated a last minute extension of our stay as well.

The location was amazing. The house was cozy and clean. Very bright and looked like the listing. The host provided coffee for the machine and washing suppplies for the washer/dryer. There are restaurants and stores all around.

We enjoyed our stay in Meadowbrook. It was the perfect location for our wedding that we attended at the Sonnet House in Leeds. The property was very clean and very comfortable.
The only thing in the listing that I would change was to say that the coffee maker was a Keurig. Also, the floor in the 2nd bedroom was squishy.

Very pleased with the property and the quiet neighborhood. Centrally located. However, it would be nice to have cushions on the metal dining room chairs. Also, the shower could use a little bit more pressure.

The owner was communicative and informative. However, we found this property is only partially updated. The mattress was a great firmness in the master suite. The kitchen is original/not updated (older appliances, chipped cabinets). The bathroom had a new shower, but unfortunately the floor was very dirty with visible pink and a lot of black mold. When we arrived, neighbors were outside being loud, but upon return from dinner, it was quiet. Supplies were low as well, with almost empty tissues in living room and not a full soap in the bathroom.

I honestly just can’t say enough great things about this property and the management. This was my third stay at the townhouse. It’s so perfect and the owners are so gracious.

We were all happy with our stay. The only issue we had was with the air, it wouldn't stay set and it was not on at all when we got there which made the condo have a stagnate smell when we got there.

Cute place, beds and bedding are the absolute best!!! Was super clean.
I would have the roof xjecked again or the ceiling repaired better evidence of past leaks and closet by front door smells like mold.
I however would stay here again

Wanted somewhere other than a hotel to crash for one night as an out of towner. Very thankful there was a one night option. Very thankful no pets allowed, as we are finding it harder and harder to find places to stay that DO NOT allow animals. Some people have real allergies. Or, in my case, I just do not want to stay where someone else's animal stayed and may or may not have been clean, de-wormed, or have other conditions.

Awesome condo! In town for a baseball tournament and was centrally located to everything! Was very clean and comfortable. Would definitely recommend.

Functional and Comfortable Lodging
The location is great (lots of nearby restaurants and shopping). The complex itself is quiet and beautiful (wooded lots). The facilities were all in working order and very functional. A little better explanation of the push-button lockset (how to lock) would have been helpful. The owners were very accessible and responsive. All-in-all a good bargain and a good choice for lodging anywhere in Birmingham.

Peaceful, Comfortable, and Quiet
This home was in a perfectly quiet location for our event at the Finley Center. The home was very comfortable and peaceful. The owner was very responsive from point of booking and thru checkout. I will be looking for this property for any future stays in the area.

Convenient location to UA
Condo is perfectly appointed with everything you need for a comfortable stay away from home. The owner was super helpful [and quick] to respond to all of my questions.
We needed a place to stay for our daughter’s graduation (UA) and the 50 minute drive to Tuscaloosa wasn’t bad at all: the condo is easily accessible from I-459

We enjoyed our very short stay (1 night). Mallorie was very friendly and responsive, the condo was clean and offered a safe, relaxing place to stay while in Birmingham. We didn't use the pool or other amenities, but they were available. Would love to return for a longer visit in the future. Had 4 deer run by outside while we were there, which made it feel like home away from home (we are used to the deer coming by where we live). Thanks so much for having the property available for short stays as we hate staying in hotels, even for one night!
