The heated pool was a must.
We highly recommend it, with or without kids. There's plenty of extras (games, table tennis, corn hole, all you need for the beach...). It's close to a Publix and 10 minutes walk to the beach.

Great stay and beautiful home. Great location very close to Beach Pier. Plenty of space for family and in each room. Had a pack n play for my baby. Lots of amenities at home and appreciated the beach gear available to use. Would definitely recommend this home!

We were in the area to celebrate our twin grandsons’ high school graduation. There were 6 adults and 2 children (8 and 9). It was a perfect size for us. Sitting on the porch was wonderful and the kids loved the pool. It was very well equipped. We were extremely pleased with our choice. It was the first time I rented a house through Vrbo and it was a great experience. Thank you Tricia.

This was our second year in a row at this property. Our group of nine is super comfortable here. We eat most our meals here with the great kitchen and dining area. The kids spend many hours in the pool. We also enjoy how close, safe and easy it is to get to the beach. We hope to visit again soon!

We had 2 families, 4 adults and 5 kids stay at the house. There was plenty of room. The kitchen has everything you need and the outdoor space and ping pong table were a big hit. A ton of board games and beach essentials for kids. The check in process was easy and efficient. Would highly recommend this house!

The property was exactly as promised. Pool was used everyday, beach twice, very usable kitchen, washer and dryer used several times a day, great WiFi, excellent outdoor areas. Shaded area near pool th watch the kids, fire pit for s’mores, pergola over a table with tv to watch March Madness with refrigerator outside. Ping pong table in garage along with boogie boards, sand toys, strollers, beach chairs. 4 blocks to beach.
It really was a great place to enjoy a family get together.

We had a wonderful time at this house! The most well-stocked rental we’ve stayed in with plenty of room indoors and outdoors for everyone and tons to do at the house and nearby. We all - ages 9 to 84 - truly enjoyed our stay!!

This property made for a wonderful vacation for our family of 10. The indoor space was clean and had all the amenities we needed. Our entire family fit comfortably at the dining table, a big bonus for a large family. All the beds in the house were extremely comfortable. There were ample towels, bath and pool, and the washer/dryer were clean and in new condition. The outdoor space was amazing! The pool was clean and warm, with lots of pool floats to choose from. The backyard is very quaint and we made use of it the entire time. The location is great and central to everything in the area. Tricia was always available and quickly answered any questions we had. We would definitely rent this home again!

Our family stayed for a week here and absolutely loved it. Everything was great and we had no issues. Would love to see an outdoor shower to rinse off from the beach, but there was a hose to use. If we ever come back to Cocoa Beach, we will stay here again.

The house was great! We had a lovely time in Cocoa Beach. It's about a10 minute walk from the beach, and the everything you would need for a beach outing is there in the garage. Only downside is crossing A1A can be a little tricky, especially if you have little kids. It might take a little longer cause you'll want to walk a little further to get to a stoplight/crosswalk. The kids had a blast playing ping-pong! We were able to watch a rocket launch from the backyard. We would definitely book the house again.

Perfect Beach Place
My family and I adored this house. It was beautiful inside and out, with plenty of activities to do at the house (ping pong, board games, fire pit, pool). The beds were comfy as well as the couches, which were nice to relax in after a long day at the beach. Speaking of beach, plenty of beautiful beaches nearby. Great house for a large group to enjoy!

This house has everything you need from Flip Flops to condiments... they thought of it all. Located blocks from the beach restaurants and grocery stores. The house is beautiful! Our girls get away was perfect we couldn't ask for more!

Awesome House
We had an amazing time at this gorgeous house! The house is in a great location allowing us to walk to the pier, down to Ron Johns and other local shops and restaurants. We loved being able to use the warm pool in winter and spent a ton of time out on the back patio! Communication with host was easy and pleasant. We are already planning our next trip!

Wonderful Beach Getaway With The Entire Family
My family of four, plus my mother and both of my in-laws, stayed here during the first week of August, 2021. We absolutely loved it! Very nice and well cared for home, and the screened-in pool was the right temperature at all hours of the day and night. It was a short walk to a great (and quiet!) spot on Cocoa Beach, just south of the Pier. The home is also situated just a few miles from Kennedy Space Center, which I highly recommend visiting during your stay. The home had all of the items necessary for a week-long stay (other than perishable food of course), including games and activities to keep the family fun going during the occasional rain shower. Furthermore, I was extremely impressed with the management team, especially Tricia, who was by far the most responsive and helpful rental home manager I've ever dealt with. We loved this vacation and we would not hesitate to stay here again!

Great for families, comfort + location
We were lucky enough to escape winter and spend one month at this home. Because of COVID we spent almost all of our time in the home with our young kids and a set of grandparents. The house had great wi-fi, a well-stocked kitchen, comfy beds and a warm pool. It is within walking distance to the beach. We had a wonderful time. Any question/need we had was responded to immediately. For families with kids note that a pack n play can fit in the closet in the master bedroom -- always a plus for us when we are traveling!

This place is so special. Every detail in the house is so thoughtful for a vacationer. The house is so comfortable. The pool is amazing. The outdoor space. The kitchen. The bedrooms. The location. There is not one thing about this place that I would change. I would come back over and over again. We didn't want to leave.

Fantastic house
We had a wonderful visit at Cocoa Beach in the Sycamore Beach House. The house was fully stocked with everything you could possibly need. Every beach item you could want, stroller, car seat, kids floats, adult floats—save space in your suitcase. If you need it, the house likely has it! Everything was comfortable. Also, the pool was heated and felt great! The walk to the beach was an easy one—straight shot with crosswalks all the way. Or you can pay to park $2.50/hr if walking doesn’t suit you. We dropped off the elderly in our party, then walked or rode the beach cruiser back to the beach. We will definitely stay here again. Close to everything and really nice to have a private pool and house-especially in the middle of a pandemic. Really helps to keep everyone distanced appropriately whilst having a fantastic vacation.

Amazing time
This house was everything you want and more. We enjoyed the pool and gazebo area while we grilled out using the propane grill provided. The house was beautifully furnished. The giant connect 4 and extra board games gave us some great family time. They even had umbrellas n toys for beach/pool, not to mention inflatable beds. Really recommend this to anyone looking for relaxing stay in paradise with family and friends.

July Getaway
This home was very clean, well-stocked with games, beach necessities, and even had a welcome basket with goodies! Although we made most use of the pool, the beach was just a 15 minute walk away. We even saw a rocket launch while standing in the driveway! So many great memories here! I highly recommend this VRBO and hope to come again!

We enjoyed ever point of this great vacation home. The patio and tiki area were very nice but the pool was a bit on the cool side however the grand kids loved it.

Wonderful stay
We had the pleasure of staying in this beautiful and comfortable home for 7 days and thoroughly enjoyed every moment of it! The decor was simply beautiful and the furniture was quite comfortable. The owners thought of everything and anything one might need to feel at home, with plenty of towels, a fully stocked kitchen, etc. we were even welcomed with some yummy treats and a bottle of wine! The backyard was one of the prettiest we ever saw, with a bar, bar stools, mini fridge, barbecue, fire pit, etc., a really fun and inviting place to have a party or simply chill and relax. The residence is located in a very quiet and nice neighborhood with shopping very close by. We had a couple of questions when we first arrived and the owner responded immediately, so she was very reliable and prompt. We highly recommend this lovely place to everyone and thank the hosts for an unforgettable vacation.

Everything was super!!!! Our family of 6 adults and 2 children (4and6) had a fabulous Thanksgiving Holiday 5 day stay. The house was clean with all the supplies to have a great beach holiday and large enough we could all spread out .

Wow, this place is like your own little resort. It has everything to make your vacation fun and relaxing. Entertainment spaces inside and out. We loved the tiki bar outside with the TV. Great place to watch football. A very short walk to the neaches. We'll definitely come back here next time we are in Cocoa Beach
