Excellent property and location! Clean, well stocked and had everything that we needed! Great for families with young children as the house had baby gates, high chairs and pack n plays available for use. Easy walk to the beach! Complex has a quiet pool with great views. Using the boat dock was convenient and easy. Could see dolphins from the balcony every day! Great stay, would definitely recommend

We were a family of 9 that stayed in this property. It is a beautiful place, with lots of room for everyone. Not sure if it is newly built or just renovated. Everything was top quality. Very clean. Walking distance, 5 minutes to beach. Property manager Colleen was great. Responded quickly to my messages and phone call. Highly recommend this place and would rent it again.

We stayed during our trip down for memorial service of our mother and the condo was perfect. We had enough room for all and easy access to all grocery stores and restaurants. We highly recommend Forlini”s and ask for Peter! He took great care of our group. The condo is excellent and is even nicer than the pictures. Recommend for all ages and families. Great place.

The property has a beautiful view of the ocean and is within walking distance to the beach. The house itself is stunning, very modern and spacious. We had 9 guests and everyone had a comfortable place to sleep. Our host provided plenty of towels and toiletries to make our stay comfortable. There is even beach equipment that is available for guests to use. Overall, a fabulous place to book for a relaxing trip in Clearwater!

Beautiful property and exactly what the listing details. Colleen was very helpful and answered messages even late at night.
Normally we stay on beach front but wanted to try something different and glad we did the stay was phenomenal and the entire Family was happy with vacation.
Don’t bring beach chairs, floats wagons etc cause she had it all in garage which made short trip to beach easy daily.
Will stay again if we come to Florida next summer.

Beautiful property with amazing view on the marina, beach walking distance (savd us $20-30 per day on beach parking), easy access to restaurants, entertainment, and CMA. Really enjoyed our stay at Clearwater. Colleen is a great host, communication was clear and easy.

Property is amazing…everything you need…great location…beds were so comfy…property manager responsive and easy to work with…just be aware the parking police are on you if you linger in the driveway for even a few minutes!

We had a very good experience only issue was the front keyless locked failed causing us to be locked out. Security and property manager were able to resolve.

Great spot
This is our 2nd time staying in the Brightwater Blue condos. Close to everything. Pool is great. Quiet neighborhood. Plenty of space for everyone.

Fun at the beach
Was a beautiful property. The only thing we would have changed was the furniture on the main floor balcony. We would have sat there every morning and evening but the chairs we so uncomfortable. (Also feathers flying everywhere from the couch in the living room)

Amazing Set Up
Great set up m, we had two kids and in our group and the pack and plays, high chairs along with built in gates were amazing. Colleen is super responsive and made things really easy. They have all the pool and beach stuff you need right in the garage. Easy walk to many restaurants and the beach. Would definitely stay again.

Great place!
This house is beautiful! We truly enjoyed our stay in this spacious place. You wouldn’t have known there were 9 of us there as there was plenty of room for all of us to spread out. Colleen was great to work with and responded quickly to any question we had! The only thing I would suggest is we didn’t have enough bath towels/washcloths nor beach towels for 9 people, but I’m sure Colleen will be fixing that. We also thought TP would be supplied for the week as it said it was included along with paper towel but we had to make a special trip to the store for that. I would rent again for sure, great place and perfect quiet location!

Excellent property for whole family on Clearwater Beach.
This was our second stay in this beautiful property. Unit has everything you need for your family vacation. Wonderful pool area if your not going to the beach. Property located within a five minute walk to beach, restaurants and family activities. Will contract again for our next trip.

Clearwater Townhome
We had a nice time at this spacious townhome not far from the beach.
There was some room for improvement however. We could not get a couple remotes to work and the mattresses needed updating.
All in all we had good communication with our host and a great time was had by all.

Loved the location for this rental. Easy to walk to everything. Beautiful place that is very clean with comfortable beds. Loved the security guards- so friendly!

Clearwater Townhome
Our townhouse was wonderful. The location was very convenient to restaurants, shopping and activities. We walked most everywhere. The property was clean, updated and decorated very nice. The layout was great for our group. Communication with Property Management was very easy. They were helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

Excellent all around
Excellent property all around. Check in is a breeze with the electronic door code requiring no in person coordination or detour to pick up keys. Kitchen was reasonably well stocked. Furnishings and bedding are top notch, unexpected for a vacation rental. The unit is on the west end of the complex, so closest end to the beach, and a short, little walk over to the pool in the center of the complex. Parking is a little tight if you have more than one or large vehicles. We fit a full size truck and minivan, but it was tight loading and unloading. Overall it was great and we'd come back in a heartbeat.
