There was a family of 4 and we were all able to stay comfortably. There were several locations for you to either hang out or have time to yourself. We will definitely be back.

Nice house that comfortably accommodated 7 adults and 3 children. Interior is clean and nicely appointed, but outside areas leave something to be desired. Outdoor furniture could use refreshment/replacement. Also supply of glassware, cookware and serving platters/bowls could be improved. We enjoyed our time in Fayetteville/Bentonville and appreciated having a large house in which four generations could comfortably gather.

We LOVE this location and the house setup! Mom's weekend with friends is the best at this house! See you next year!

We had a really good experience here. We will use this location again, if the occasion arises. Very clean and spacious.

House was clean with plenty of towels and linens. The kitchen was well equipped with some extra benefits as well. The downside for our group was the location but the neighborhood was fine and without incident. The available three car garage probably helped with this. A plus for sure! They also have a fenced in yard which worked out well for the pets.

The house does not have curb appeal and is in a middling neighborhood. Driving up, you see only a three car garage and wonder where the heck the front door is (around to the left side). Once you enter the home, someone has made thoughtful updates. The master bath is especially nice and the kitchen is well equipped. The main living room has scanty seating for large groups (4-5 max) but there are additional living areas on the top and bottom floor. There are three bedrooms and two bathrooms on the main and lower level, plus a full bath and pull out sofas in the game room upstairs. The dining room accommodates eight guests. The backyard is fenced which would be ideal if you have a dog ( additional fee- -very reasonable). Although the inside of the house was clean, the outside areas were not, so if you plan to use the hammock or patio furniture or the fire pit, bring elbow grease. The lawn was in need of a good mowing when we arrived and six days later, it was a ridiculous length. The location was central to a lot of Fayetteville amenities.

This a big, spacious house, ideally located for events in the area.

After weeks of searching and few pet-friendly options, I chose this property as a summer vacation meetup location for family traveling from Oklahoma and Mississippi. We really didn’t know what to expect with this being our first booking through VRBO. Overall, mine and my family’s stay at this property was excellent! Photos were an accurate (and up to date) representation of the property, and there was PLENTY of space to accommodate our group of 14 very comfortably (11 adults, 1 child, 1 18-month old & 1 mini poodle). Use of the garage is allowed, and we were able to fit all six vehicles (2 in garage, 4 in driveway). Although we brought much of our own stuff, there were more than enough linens, towels, and other household basics already on site. There were several parks/trails within walking distance, plus the University of Arkansas was just a brief stroll down the street and up a hill. Also, there’s a huge fenced backyard which was a pleasant surprise for the pup! Check-in/out were both super simple, and communication with property management was always prompt and friendly!

Loved all the little extra details this property thought to include to increase our stay experience. All of the beds, linens, pillows, and towels were like a luxury hotel. The billiard pool table was a huge hit. I would definitely stay here again.

My husband has extended family in Fayetteville we have been wanting to visit. This home allowed our family to travel together and have a comfortable and spacious place to stay and be together in the evenings, which is preferred over separate hotel rooms. The fire home was set up nice for three couples and a child. We enjoyed the fireplace and fire pit as it was winter season (The gas fireplace was a little difficult to start, the guys figured it out). They have thought through all the little touches - well written instructions, stocked kitchen supplies, towels, etc. Beds were comfortable. Great home and place to stay.
