Very nice. Suited us well. No serious stairs. Very comfy. Everything we needed.

Great place to escape to and enjoy the beautiful mountains all around. Very nicely decked out with all the comforts of home, wood burning fireplace, full kitchen, even games and movies to play at night. Host/manager put a lot of thought into the little details and that makes for a really nice place to relax and enjoy vacation time. Would absolutely stay here again.

Property is exactly as listed, but with so many added benefits. Very well appointed kitchen, laundry and entertainment. Very quiet little neighborhood. We will definitely plan another stay.

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Amanda’s Silverpick condo. It was nicely furnished and very comfortable for the 2 of us and our dogs. The location was perfect and close to many hiking trails. And the scenery was beautiful. It was a nice place to walk the dogs, and since it was a smaller number of units it was quiet and relaxing. We hope to visit again soon!

Located just 3 minutes from Purgatory Resort, it was a perfect place to stay for our family ski trip! The condo is clean, well stocked and great for family meals and relaxing! Thanks for sharing it with us!

The condo was super clean and the location was perfect for a ski trip! The host was very responsive and helpful and the condo had everything we needed for cooking and relaxing with our family. Being able to bring our dogs was a huge bonus. We’d love to visit again!

Its a very nice , peaceful propertu only 1/2 mile from skiing! One of our favorite things was sitting in the hot tub while it was snowing! Would stay there again for sure!! Property manager was a blessing to work with and accomendated us evening coming a day early! Ty again for such an amazing trip!

Nice, well-maintained property in a beautiful setting in the San Juan Mountains, close to the National Forest and the resort. Our dogs love the local trails on the property.

We stayed here for a wedding at the lodge! Perfect location! Everything was great and the views are outstanding! Grab what you need in Durango at the store, because the food and small markets near by are a bit pricey! But the condo and Amanda were great!!

Overall, our stay in the apartment was satisfactory. The place looked fine except for the restroom, where we noticed signs of wear and tear on the toilet and bathtub. Other than that, everything was okay.

We really enjoyed our stay at the condo. Our host was amazing and made sure we were taken care of.

Overall the condo was clean and fairly well set up. It is very close to Purgatory resort and was an easy place to stay while we were there to ski. The condo shows signs of wear and tear but given the price relative to nearby properties I was not surprised. I did find the very loud heater in the bedroom to be extremely disruptive during the night. Accessing the condo and communications with the owner were straightforward and easy to follow.

We often stay at Silverpick so I have seen several of the condos. This one is well kept, has everything you need including thoughtful touches such as coffee, creamer, hot cocoa and even a few candy kisses. Nice ! Mandy was terrific to work with. Responsive, knowledgeable and even let us switch dates no problem. Thank you. We look forward to staying with you again !

This is a gray property and super guest friendly. Best part is if your looking for easy access to Purgatory it’s as close as you can get without being on the mountain!

Excellent property location just 1 mile outside of Purgatory Ski Resort! Snowed around 18 inches during our stay and had no problem parking. Condo was perfect for me, my wife and and son. Shower had plenty of hot water, No stress and wonderful place to stay. Purgatory had so much snow that week and before so we did not have views because the snow was so high. We loved it.!

We had a wonderful time, despite a few things that were out of anyone’s control, winter, storm and power outage. The unit was equipped with everything you would need, including a full kitchen and extra linens. The owner was extremely helpful and communicative. We loved the fireplace and on-site supply of firewood and enjoyed the hot tub. We were impressed with how the snow was cleared from the walkways each day. The DVD collection and games were an extra bonus! If we are back in the area we will definitely look into staying here again. Thanks for everything!

Great place to stay for skiing, hiking or just some getaway from the city. Ski resort was just minutes away, hiking trails were great, but the quiet time was the best part just to relax. Condo has everything to make your stay more comfortable. Downtown Durango was a 30 minute drive, but we planned our grocery trip list in advance and it worked out great. I would highly recommend this condo and would stay again. Not once did I have to bother the host for anything.

Acceptable once we cleaned it. Previous guest's dishes, laundry, etc. were left behind, but it wasn't that bad. Otherwise our stay was fine and the accommodations were okay. Didn't complain to owner because we were on vacation and didn't feel like wasting time or effort on that. We just dealt with it and enjoyed the rest of our stay.

The condo was comfortable, clean, and in a great area. It was very peaceful and quiet during our stay. There were maybe a dozen cars in the parking lot at all times but we rarely saw or heard anyone. The host drove up to assist my husband with an issue he had with the television usage. My spouse and little dog enjoyed walking the trails surrounding the property.

The property was perfect for what we needed. Not to small and not too big. Bed and pillows were comfortable and sheets were beyond soft 😍
Everything that we needed was there other than an iron which wasn’t a huge deal.
We did have an issue with the heat. I understand that a lot of the properties in the area don’t have ac, however we found it impossible to get the heat to turn off completely. The bathroom and bedroom were exceptionally warm during the day, with the thermostat registering 10+ degrees of what it was set at. A fan or portable ac would have made it perfect. Neighbors were quiet. BEAUTIFUL views.
