I was very disappointed thst the manager or owner of the property did not apologize when I notified about how dirty the apartment was. The living room had so much dirt on the floors , the walls and the cables looks like noone had clean it in years. Very gross!

This was a perfect place to stay while working in La Parguera for the week. The property is very clean, Gloria was a wonderful host. She immediately addressed an air conditioner that would not turn off. I enjoyed the ocean view and quiet patio. It was a great place to unwind after work. It is also a short drive to the beaches at Cabo Rojo.

The property was very clean and convenient-only a few minutes drive to town center. The property owner contacted us shortly after our arrival in order to determine if the facility met our satisfaction and then followed-up during the week. It was a business trip and my associates and I were quite pleased and would rent again!

My niece arrived 5 days prior to me and spent her time on the east side of the island. When I arrived, we headed west for a 4 day stay (Jan 22-26, 2024). We very much enjoyed this apartment. It was exactly as pictured. Communications with Owner (Gloria) was awesome. We had never been to PR and Gloria's suggestions and recommendations for things in our area helped out immensely. Thanks Gloria!! The pool was not operational during our stay. This was not a problem for us. If having a pool is important for your stay, you may want to confirm with the owners as to it's status. When we left it was being worked on, so it very well may be back in service. If you're looking for an awesome meal, we highly suggest Brujula. We ate there our last night and it was by far the best meal of our vacation. We had Tuna Tartar, Lobster Risotto & Salmon Filet, all were excellent.

Was a nice apartment has everything you need , two bedrooms, two bathrooms, air conditioners, hammock in the balcony, washer and dryer, streaming services to watch for free including Prime video, only complaint I have is it had ants , who ever rents this place should let the owners know about it asap , other then that it was a decent place to stay for a few days , I also liked that it was a gated community area for the apartments.

Nice place to stay. Lots of amenities in the apartment. Roomy with 2 bedrooms and 2 baths.

This apartment is very well equipped; it has everything we needed.

Place was amazing! And the most important thing of all, it was SUPER CLEAN! Not far from all the nightlife a tourist attractions. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!
