No one on site after 9:00 pm, no front desk open. It’s in another location without signage to inform you.

The location was amazing, and the pool very cozy !

Unfortunately we didn't stick around to enjoy the amenities. The pool area was gorgeous! This hotel is conveniently placed to everything. They have a hammock with every room, and secure parking!

That we didn't stay longer lol long ride back to our home town of Arroyo!

Location and walkable downtown with many dining options. We really enjoyed Wakey Monkey for coffee in the morning.

Initially I had a hard time finding parking to check in at reception which is about a half a block down the street in a retail shop. Other than that, parking was fine as we were given a remote to open a gated parking lot for overnight parking.

Love the place and come back on future. The location the service the atención was excellent.

The staff was friedly, ready to help with my questions.

I have nothing bad to say.

Perfect location (2 minute walk to boat dock and near plenty of restaurants and bars). Beds were very comfortable. Staff was wonderful - we were accidentally checked into the wrong room (1 bed instead of 2), and later in the day after our boat trip, they switched our room for us even though we had used the other room already. Some nice amenities like room service and discounts at their bar and restaurant. Didn’t get a chance to use the pool, but it looked nice. Will definitely return!!

There were no rowels in the bathroom, take your own personal items.

it was next to the main attractions that we were looking to explore...which was the renting small boat to see the different islands in that area and the other was the bioflorecent bay.

the bed was to hard for my personal preference... but was able to have a good night sleep.
