Very nice older home. Just loved the way it looked,felt very homey. Close and easy to restaurants,etc. Would definitely stay there again.

The backyard was great for my 2 year old Golden Retreiver. Plenty of room to play fetch! The house was well maintained and clean. Good sized kitchen with all that you need. Coffee pot was a one-two cupper. A larger size would be better. The bbq grill was not usable, very poor condition. Carlos was very helpful when messaged. Always communicated quickly. The neighborhood was quiet except for the trains that pass nearby. All in all I had a good time on my visit.

This was such a cute home! It was very clean and we felt completely safe in the neighborhood. The large back yard was well kept, and our dog loved checking it out. We got to meet the neighbor, who was really friendly. We highly recommend this to anyone traveling in this area!

We rented this home for an out of state baseball tournament. The home was very comfortable. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen is stocked with a wide variety of appliances. Small coffee maker, so if you are like us, be prepared to make several pots. No complaints. The host is very responsive and a really nice person. Downtown Greer is within walking distance.

Neighborhood was a bit sketchy. Biggest problem in the house was that it slept 5 but only had seating for two (tall bar table) to eat.

Great inside space. Clean and accommodating. Neighborhood is a bit run-down and ill-kempt. Had homeless stop us on first night and ask for clothing and money. But, overall, good deal for family stay.

My husband and I traveled with our dog to see family near Greer. The location was perfect. We were close to family and able to walk to downtown Greer. The online description is modest compared to the generous floor plan and huge back yard we found when we got to the property. The owner was wonderful to work with. It was an excellent stay with fabulous accommodations.

Carlos was fantastic with all his communications. The house was beautiful as was the backyard for our 4 legged babies. Little bit of a ride to Greenville. Highly recommend.

The place was great! Our bed was comfortable and I slept well. It was quiet at night so no noises to wake up. The place was clean and cozy and our dogs loved the fenced in backyard. The host was great when we communicating back and forth. We would definitely stay here again!

House perfect for family with 2 kids and dogs. Beds were surprisingly comfortable compared to other vrbos we have stayed at. We booked last minute and host was very easy to connect with. Older neighborhood and Short walk to park. Seems to be a little more lively at night on weekends than during week. We would book again.

A nice little house. It smelled a little musty, and the yard was overrun with a neighbor's pet rabbits that left pellets everywhere. Otherwise everything was good.

House is comfortable and close to downtown Greer. I was worried about just having one bathroom for the 4 of us, but it was not an issue at all.

we enjoyed our stay - it was a great place for me and my son and our dog to call home base while we explored the area - suggestions for minor improvements - it would be great if the fenced in back yard was attached to the house for easier access for letting pets out - a regular sized dining room table would be nice to have room to spread out for eating and or playing games - outdoor furniture should be replaced or removed because it is unusable due to torn seats because of sun or weather damage. - over still a very nice place to stay and a good owner

Perfect property for my husband, myself and our 3 grandchildren. All property instructions were easy to follow. Amenities were plentiful (bathroom, kitchen, bedrooms). Very comfortable home for what we needed and fantastic price! Never had to contact owner as we had no problems whatsoever. Will use again whenever needed. Thank you so much for making our stay so wonderful!

Yard unkept and over grown
After speaking to owner, his housekeeper put a sheet on the bed. Nothing else on the bed.

We really enjoyed stay at Mr Mendez"s home. The decor was beautiful. We had everything we needed to cook, relax. Our dog Molly loved it too. The yard was big and green. She loved playing in it after 2 days driving down in the car. We would recommend the home to anyone who will be staying in the area.

House was as described. Easy walk to city park and historic downtown. Greer has invested a lot in their city park and the historical business district. Will come back. The only problem with the property is the grass needed cutting. I notified the own and he responded quickly. His brother was supposed to cut it. He showed up the day before we left. Gave 4 stars due to that.

The property was very cozy and comfortable and spacious, and we were very impressed with it. We would definitely stay here again. We explored the area and had no issues getting around. It felt like a 2nd home for us. Can't recommend it enough!!

Well kept, decently equipped, driveway parking. Walking distance to downtown Greer and the park, which is beautiful. Easy drive to Greenville and Paris Mountain State Park. If you are a light sleeper bring ear plugs: Greer is a railroad town and you will hear the train whistles at night.

Easy walk to downtown Greer, including restaurants and the beautiful park.
You will hear trains and there are several large guard dogs in the neighborhood and they bark a fair amount so if you have low noise tolerance this is not the right place for you.
Mattress was comfortable and getting in was a breeze. I would stay here again.

The property owner is lieing about how many beds are available. The listing says 2 queen beds per room. This not true. There's 1 queen bed per room and 2 air mattresses in the hall closet. One of the air mattresses smelled like dog urine.
After check out host sent a $60 request payment saying we ruined an air mattress. This was not true and he made no attempt to contact me directly.
This is a ripoff so beware!
