The home had so many appliances, blinds, water problems. Old furniture, poor quality appliances, bed frame was squeaky, grill was dangerous. Pool is cold unless you pay extra for heat. No extras in house. Poor kitchen utensils, not enough silverware, dishes. Pots and pans in poor condition. Very disappointing for price charged.

This might be a good place to stay for a week or 2 and get along fine, but we stayed for 2 1/2 months and expected to be comfortable. It was obvious that the owner did not live there, it is just a cash cow. Found the ice maker didn't work, let manager know. Had all our food in it already and didn't want anyone in the house trying to fix it. We bought ice for the duration. The kitchen is so small 2 people could hardly fit. Pots, pans, glasses and silverware were full of dishwasher scuzz, I scrubbed all the best I could. Two aluminum bowls had been smashed so hard the rims were cracked. Really?? Every dining room chair needs new cushions. Sitting on the frames is very uncomfortable. Both captains chairs have loose arms. Tan chair in the corner has a bad leg, couldn't be used. Stuffed chair in master bedroom is worn. The sofa not comfortable, pullout bed horrible. The lanai looked beautiful but walkway from the house to the pool area was missing all its tiles and the open area was covered with a rug. I walk with a cane, found it unsafe. Owner said he would fix, never did. Was not disclosed in VRBO listing. I swept around the outside of pool, cleaned up mud, nails, screws. Pool light doesn't work, very little other light available. Pool never heated up enough to use. Weeds 2 feet tall in the yard, owner came 2 months later to mow. Bags of mulch sitting around for duration. No exhaust fans in either bathroom, no screens on windows. Cockroaches in living areas. Not pleasant.

The family has a good time exploring the area and relaxing on this much needed vacation. The house was in a great location, easy to get everywhere. The pool once warmed up was great to end each day.

Inside was very spacious for only a two bedroom house. The master bathroom tub was not great, it looks like it was painted and some of that is coming off. The outside needed some help. The lanai was damaged and has not been repaired yet which we were not informed about. The kitchenette area had tiles which had heaved and broken and could have caused someone to trip and fall. The front yard doesn’t look nearly as nice as the photos online. Overall it is a nice floor plan, the house just needs some attention and maintenance.

Amazing! This property is in a great neighborhood. House is perfect. Pool is great. Close to Caspersen for those shark teeth. A must stay!
