Super clean. Had everything we needed. Great fenced yard for the puppies and our Sprinter van. Would definitely return.

We stayed at this lovely Nest on a Friday, it is right beside a school and we were fortunate enough to have front roll seats to a football game! We aren't super big fans of football but we didn't mind the noise. We would peep our heads out ever so often to see how it was progressing hehe. Their was food/water bowls for dogs (( we didn't bring our puppy )) for guest to use which I found very sweet ❤️ cute setup. Would have loved to cooked a big meal in that kitchen! The master bedroom had high ceilings! Felt very inviting. We also stopped by the Chinese restaurant just down the street, which we read in some of the other reviews. Having gallstones makes it hard to find food to eat let alone fast food. But we were able to eat there with no problems! All in all would most definitely spend another night here when in Trinidad 💚💚💚

This is our second stay at this house. We again had an excellent stay. The consistency of the property condition was really appreciated. And walking distance to downtown. There’s a great Chinese food restaurant,Wonderful House, a block away. Highly recommend.

The property and its owner were excellent. The surrounding houses are a bit run down, but ir wasn't an issue.

The house is very cute and the beds are comfortable. The only thing that the neighborhood is run down.

Quaint house with lovely backyard for our 4 legged fur baby! Great water pressure with extremely roomy bathroom. We brought our towels but our host had made provisions for our two week stay - we always had a clean towel! Comfortable and quiet nights sleeping 😴 amenities were much appreciated. Felt safe and secure. Trinidad is a great little town - they have a gorgeous skateboard park and the local state parks are loaded with trails to walk. We’ll be back!

Beautiful time with a little snow-precious house and the decor was warm and inviting-the manager was so heloful and kind-will be using her again!!!!!!

Came to Trinidad to ride The Rad gravel race. Love the house. Great renovation of an old Trinidad home. Quiet neighborhood. Nice fenced yard to sit out & enjoy the weather. A short walk or bike ride from downtown. Hope to visit again & stay at this place in 2023.

We loved our 3-night stay at this beautifully redone home. The kitchen was well-equipped, even though we just ate breakfast there. We hope to return in the future.

The accommodations were not only very comfortable but convenient to downtown with just a short walk. The house was well stocked with the owner anticipating our every need. Felt more like a high end loft in a larger city.

Lovely renovation in a transitional neighborhood. Loved the decor and newness of the property. Beds were comfortable & stay was pleasant. Outdoor seating was terrific & we enjoyed watching football practice across the street. Neighbors were friendly but other homes nearby were rundown. Side yard parking within the fenced yard was convenient as our truck would not have fit in the driveway and hubby not keen on leaving it on the street. Would stay again if I return to the area.

Great renovation and the property was very clean and well stocked with necessities. We enjoyed the outdoor space and the remodel of the home was done very nicely.
