Just like all of the other reviews stated, it was a very nice condo in a great location. The home had everything you needed for a day at the beach or the pool, with the exception of a beach umbrella, but we probably wouldn't have used it anyway. The beach is steps away and has beautiful sunsets, we even had dolphins swimming right in front of us one day. We would definitely stay here again.

We took a short family spring break trip. The property was nice. We loved that it came with a lot of stuff to use at the beach and pools. We’d recommend this place to others!

We enjoyed our stay. The pool and hot tub were nice and the beach was right there. Quiet location. Soft bed. Nice to be able to do laundry right there in room. Cute decor.

This condo had EVERYTHING we needed!!! It was very clean, decorated beautifully with beachy vibes, amenities were awesome ( the pools, hot tubs, and tiki bar were prefect), and the location was perfect in regards to the beach, grocery store, and delicious local seafood restaurants!!! The condo is also stocked with box fans, beach toys, beach chairs, canopy for shade, beach towels, and a sand friendly wagon to cart it all out with!!! I could go on and on!!! All you literally need to bring is your own clothes and groceries!!!

The property was great and the location. It appeared larger in the listing the chairs to the table are very rickety.

We were super happy with this VRBO! We loved being able to walk right in to the beach and will definitely consider staying at this location again. It was very clean and there was clear communication with the property manager. Only complaint is that the beds were a little uncomfortable for some in out party, but other than that this place was great for a couple nights.

I loved the property (it’s a little dated) and the condo itself had so many extras!! I didn’t like my communication with Vacasa and their not willing to allow us to check in a little early, we had been traveling since 2am and were exhausted by 3pm and we had to wait and have our kids relax in our rental car instead. I didn’t think that was acceptable when we paid the whole week in advance and it was not cheap! I then got a text asking when we’d be leaving on the last morning so they could start cleaning earlier - advised I will leave right at time- no earlier - our check out and check in time were already earlier than all the other condos! Would stay at property again but not through Vacasa.

We really loved our stay. From the minute we entered we were greeted by beach themed colors and decor. Everything you need for your say, has been taken care of. The beds are comfortable. Perfect size for two couples. Or a couple and a few children. On the 2nd floor over parking lot but still has an ocean view. Only thing I would say is it could use a new dining table and chairs. All the chairs were pretty shaky and felt like they could collapse at any moment. The Wi-Fi isn’t great at this property either.

We had an amazing 3 days at this property! Beautiful pools, walkable to restaurants, and steps from the beach. Lots of thoughtful extras in the condo - beach chairs, games, cooler, wagon. We would definitely come back!

Great vacation!

we were very satisifed with our room. Very clean and well equipped for what we needed. Pool was great, beach was great but hot and it was nice having the beach bar to get a cold refreshment. Thank You for everything.

This condo was great for our annual girls trip. It is stocked with SO MUCH beach stuff that we really loved. We also enjoyed the tiki bar and the short walk to the beach. Definitely recommend this stay.

Location was nice, parking on the holiday weekend was difficult , staff at the bar on site could have been better

Great rental for our spring break. It was my husband and I and our two daughters. Plenty of room for all of us. This condo was very comfortable and well stocked. I was surprised at everything it had for the beach. The location allowed us easy access to shopping and restaurants. Everything was within walking distance. The bar on site and cafe were very convenient for lazy days at the pool and beach. We had a great vacation and would definitely rent again.

We loved this condo and would stay again! Great location, views of the beach and an easy walk to John's Pass and local restaurants/bars. Check in was easy. Pictures are accurate. Large kitchen with everything we needed. Beds were comfortable too. The only thing I would recommend is having instructions for the Roku remote. 100% recommend this condo for your vacation!

This was our second year here! First year in this condo! Loved it! The pictures were very accurate! Just beautiful! Sunset views! The condo had everything you need! We rented the same condo for next year!! Only recommendation…a clothes rack for drying clothes and suits that don’t go in the dryer!❤️😎

The place looks just like it is in pictures. View was great. Place was nice and clean.

Unfortunately the weather was cold but the two bedroom was vary nice, new furniture and clean room with lots of extras for the beach, that also included Netflix.

This condo has everything. It is located right on the beach and has a beautiful pool/hot tub. The weather wasn’t the warmest for our visit, so the heated pool felt great. The tiki bar on site was an added bonus..the kids loved the daiquiris! The condo is spacious and has all the essential items. Although we didn’t use them, it was nice to find an entire closet filled with beach items. We also enjoyed having access to a washer/dryer. We would definitely stay here again.

My nephew and I loved this property. He has been recovering from an accident for over a year. He’s still walking with a cane and is limited on how far he can walk. The condo was very easy for him to get around in. The walk-in shower was perfect for him. The pathway to the beach was short and easy for him to walk. There weren’t lounge chairs and umbrellas available for rent which was perfect for him. The property we stayed in also had multiple beach chairs, towels and coolers for us to use. The community was very nice and pleasant. We will definitely return for another vacation sometime!

A couple of glitches, but it's THE BEACH1! It was a lovely place to spend Thanksgiving after Hurricane IAN messed with our home. Not big, not small, great view of the Gulf... in the shade. Glorious sunsets. "Sugar-sand" beach that was not crowded. Very relaxing for everyone. Thanks.
