We loved the house. The property was clean, updated and not cluttered. The house included many household products…. Paper towels, toilet paper, cleaning supplies, laundry detergent. The location was great for hiking, restaurants and fun activities for the grandkids. Eric was very responsive and great to work with!!!

Can’t say enough about this place/home. All the pictures are exactly as advertised! Perfectly laid out home incredibly tasteful decorated so comfortable.location also perfect.
Someone who have gotten other nature to cooperate you would’ve had a hard time! Getting me to leave!

I've stayed at this property twice and it is newly remodeled and very comfortable for a weekend with friends. The location is perfect - near great hiking trails and good restaurants. We loved it!

We had a pleasant experience at this location situated in a peaceful neighborhood in North Scottsdale. Nice shops and restaurants nearby. Property was very clean. Decor is updated and pretty. Had all the amenities. Owner was great with communication. Highly recommend!

The property was perfect for days before and after family wedding. Back patio and pool are so peaceful, an introvert’s oasis to regenerate. Kitchen area centers the house.

The property and neighborhood were perfect for us- quiet and well maintained. The split floor plan was conducive to two couples having shared social space + privacy. Eric was truly awesome- great communication, response dive and best of all, caring.

This property is very clean and well set up. The kitchen and outdoor space is great. There are T.V.'s inside an out. Location is in a gated community and close to many restaurants and golf courses. Comfortable beds in all rooms with nice bathrooms and showers.

Loved this home for our one month stay. House is in a quiet, gated area, close to many restaurants, golf courses and hiking trails. The home itself has a comfortable & roomy TV viewing area. The pool area has nice seating as well with an outdoor TV. Eric was very responsive if we needed anything. We'd return in a heartbeat!

Property was meticulously clean and well-appointed. The master bedroom is conveniently separated from other bedrooms by large living area and kitchen. The firepit was perfect for early evening gatherings in the cool desert air. The owner responded promptly and attentively to a few inquiries. Couldn't ask for better. Would definitely stay again when in the Scottsdale area.

We had a wonderful weekend stay at this property. There were 6 of us and we enjoyed the house very much. It was a beautiful house and well equipped . The back yard setting with a swimming pool was perfect for sitting out and chatting. The manager was quick to answer any questions I had concerning the property. It is located close to grocery stores and easy to get to other attractions in Scottsdale. I would highly recommend this property for your stay.

Perfect place to celebrate a 50th birthday!
This beautiful home was perfect for a 50th birthday celebration-girls trip. It has plenty of room for six ladies. The home was clean and spacious and close to amazing restaurants. We would love to book again next year! Eric was responsive and available for anything we needed, however, we didn't have one problem or need! Thank you Eric for sharing your beautiful home with us.

Super comfortable home in fantastic location!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this home! It was very well equipped and had a great layout! Modern comfortable furnishings and comfy king beds in all rooms. We loved the out door space as we watched hockey play-offs outside on the patio and enjoyed the swimming pool- not massive but did the trick! Very private backyard. Great amenities within walking distance!

The house had everything we were looking for including a wonderful backyard, pool and seating areas to socialize. We would absolutely come back here again! Our group of five thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Eric's place. It's spacious, beautiful and clean with privacy in the backyard and pool area. Nice to have a large screen TV and fire pit outside. I wish we were able to spend more time there! We hope to be back some day! Thank you Eric!!
