We visit my grandmother in Edenton 1 to 2 times a year and my family is too big to stay at her house anymore. This was perfect my two smaller kids and my husband & I. We were not there much but when we were, we were comfortable.

We were in town for a wedding in Edenton. This cozy cottage was conveniently located to downtown and a perfect place to stay!

I loved this house. It was impeccably clean, updated nicely and well stocked with whatever you may need. I tend to bring a lot of kitchen items with me just in case supplies etc. are lacking. This was not necessary. It's a great location in Edenton as well. Everything is so close and it's very quiet. I had zero problems. Enjoyed the front porch and it was great having a washer and dryer. I added 2 nights to my stay for a total of 7 and was happy I did. I would not hesitate to rent from Cassandra again. She is very pleasant and responsive to questions. The keyless entry was a bonus. This is a small house...but great for 2 to 4 people. And for the same price (or less) than a hotel or room at an inn, you have space to spread out, cook if you like, and privacy, close to town. Rent it. You’ll be happy you did.

It’s location is perfect for the quaint/historic and beautiful town of Eden. The attention to detail inside the home was impeccable.

I grew up in the area and came to visit. This was the nicest little cottage; pretty, very clean, comfortable, all essentials were provided. Cassandra answered questions promptly. Had a great trip and would definitely stay here again.

Clean and neat! Property is a little smaller than it appears in the photo's, but it was adequate for our needs. 5 day fishing trip with a friend. Close to downtown and the owners were great to work with.

Our weekend in Edenton was terrific. What a beautiful town, filled with friendly folks who made us feel completely welcome. The cottage is located in a great spot for easy walking to the waterfront and to the restaurants and shops. We can highly recommend this property.

We enjoyed our 2-night stay while visiting Edenton, NC. Conveniently located and a short drive to shopping, restaurants, water views, etc. Although we did not get much use of the appliances offered, everything was available for cooking, cleaning, etc. However, we did use the coffee pot and would recommend a full-size pot rather than the travel-size pot. Coffee, creamer, etc. was provided and appreciated (no decaf unfortunately). Another suggestion would be the addition of a mirror in the front bedroom, since juggling use of the single bathroom meant drying hair, putting on makeup, etc. elsewhere when both of us we’re getting ready to go out. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

Beautifully appointed and amazing location.

We enjoyed staying at this lovely cottage. It was very clean and comfortable, and it was great having a full kitchen and two bedrooms. It's easy to walk to the historic district and the neighborhood is beautiful. The bathroom is connected to the master bedroom. There were a few ants in the kitchen but no other issues.

My sister and I had a lovely time in Edenton. We used this charming cottage as our base. It was extremely clean and welcoming. It was a short walking distance to the historic distance. We did not even need our car once we arrived. It was the perfect spot!

We loved the house. The location was perfect for walking through the beautiful neighborhoods.

First time in Edenton, NC and will not be our last visit. Home was exactly as advertised. Owner was very responsive. Great time.

Cottage was a welcoming site when we arrived inEdenton. Beautiful unusual blooming flowers, self check in was great and it was sparkling clean with everything we needed. Hoping to come back this fall. Great neighbor as well. We walked everywhere.
