Convenient affordable. Pleasant staff. Good coffee.
Stiff pillows. Limited breakfast. A bit run down but still clean.

The price was okay.
The bedspread was full of cigarette burn holes and when I complained it was replaced with one that had several large stains The room had a musty smell and wasn't very clean.

We have stayed there three times. Never a complaint. Best deal in Edenton.

Nice rooms with great A/C the prices were very reasonable gave me extrs pillows upon request got a king size bed for the same price as a queen I'd come back and stay again if I'm in the area Staff very friendly Would recommend

Bout the only good thing this place has going is location... They did not have breakfast as advertised, the pool was also filthy and closed although pictures showed a clean open pool. It is still summer after all...
I would have enjoyed having the free breakfast, also a swim if the pool wasn't green.

The gentleman that checked us in was very nice and informative.
We didn’t even stay the night. The room smelled HORRIBLE!!!!! The pillows were stained. I went to Roses to by king size bedding to cover the bedding just to sit down on the bed. We just couldn’t stomach to sleep there. We drove back home 2 1/2 hours after a wedding ending at 10 pm.
Even the lobby looked nasty.

This hotel was above average from what I typically see in this price range. Location was great for seeing the historical districts. The swimming pool was open.
Room and bathroom were small but functional.

Wouldn't let us use the pool after check out even though it opens at 11:00 . I gave the key up and was out of the room by 11:00 3rd time in 2 months we were told said it didn't open until 12:00. Sign said 11:00 . No breakfast as told

It was cheap and close to Edenton
The front office was in poor condition. We passed on the breakfast. There are infrastructure issues with this hotel - rusted supports on stairs leading to the second floor. Plaster falling off beams. The pool was dirty. The beds are not comfortable. TV's are outdated. The room with the ice maker was dirty. The dumpster was overflowing. Trash in the landscaping. With the infrastructure in it's current condition, it should be condemned.

Very good value for money and a pleasant pool
A little run down in places but they are fixing it up. Pillows could be better

They staff gave someone my room number and walked them to my room at 4 in the morning without my permission. I work with many hotels & I know for a fact that’s something you not supposed to do! When I told the manager the next morning he said I was supposed to let him know when I checked in that I don’t want anyone in my room😠 and walked off. Anything could’ve happened!

Room was clean and did not smell of cleaning agents. We were able to get a 1st floor room as requested. Rate was reasonable. Front desk was friendly.
Bed was very hard and the frame was made of sheet metal that sounded like thunder if we moved. Stucco in the bathroom and around the sink was peeling.

I was put in a room with a very loud neighbor I got no rest !!!! I came to your facility for rest and I could not get any.other then that place was clean people were nice.
