We appreciated how the host communicated to help with an ongoing issue of thermostat. She was honest and did her best . The home appears to be more updated and clean then it is advertised . The towels had stains on them, the home was clean but not fresh . The location was accurate for distance to downtown but the neighborhood was loud in the evening and the homes are abandoned next door each side . The backyard could be very nice but the furniture isn't taken care of and it's not as pictured .

This cute house had everything we needed. The backyard space was beautiful! Great location for getting to/from destinations around town, although there isn’t much within walking distance. Host was very responsive and easy to work with. Would definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay. The home was clean and near everything we wanted. The host was exceptional and suoer easy to reach. My only complaint was the couch is oddly uncomfortable.

The property was amazing. Very clean, quiet neighborhood. Getting to destination to destination for us was a breeze. Ordering from uber eats if you use them was easy. Us guys was able to conduct our business meeting at this property and we made use of the backyard as we did photo shoots indoor and out. I plan to come back to Atlanta in July and if this property is available I'll be renting again.

We loved staying here. It was away from the hustle and bustle of downtown but very close of you wanted to go to the aquarium or botanical garden or grab a fancy dinner! The house and the yard were so cute! We would definitely stay again!

Kimberly's home was beautiful and the location was close to everything downtown Atlanta. She was with god with communicating. I cant wait to stay again.

Home was exactly like the pictures. Very clean and spacious. Host checked in on us often and made sure everything was ok with us. We even seen some beautiful deer in the backyard. Will definitely book again in the future.

Very nice house!
House was nice! We were in town for a wedding so we didn’t spend hardly any time at the house, but there was 6 of us and it was perfect size. The house is definitely nicer than any others on the street, and a few people in our group didn’t feel comfortable walking outside alone. Would stay again. Thank you!

Great stay out the way
This was in a very low key area located only 15 minutes away from most things we did so that we as a definite plus great step up in the back yard for a intimate setting with your partner or drinks and laughs you decide didn’t like the fact it’s only one bathroom but we pulled thru so just keep that in mind depending on who you are traveling with that could be a problem but if not this is the vacation home for you.

Kimberly's house was super cute. I was looking forward to spending time in her backyard by the firepit but ATL had bad weather during my visit, so I look forward to staying at Kimberly's house on my next visit to ATL.

Getaway was a SUCCESS‼️
My friends and I booked this Home for a birthday/ Christmas getaway and it was absolutely amazing! I believe my favorite part was the vintage styled furniture and home decor! My only complaint would be that the shower water didn’t get as hot as an the sinks, which was a little weird but other than that, everyone had a blast and enjoyed their stay to the fullest; as did I ! Thanks Kim! You rock!!

Felt like home
House was exactly as pictured. We were in town for business and the location was a great central area....Awesome for a quick commute! Check in was great! Communicating with Kimberly was smooth and easy. She responded to any of our questions very quickly. We would definitely stay here again!

Very Close To Everything
My family stayed at this lovely home for 6 days. It was very clean and everything you need was available for our stay. Easy to get around in the area because your close to everything from grocery store, beauty supply to Mercedes Benz Stadium. We went site seeing and enjoyed our time here and this cozy home was warm and smell so good. Kimberly your the best and thank you for the complimentary bottle of wine. My family want to stay again and I’m sure we will be back.

Great Place
Kimberly provided an oasis for my birthday weekend. The space was amazing, spacious, and had indoor and outdoor fulfillment. Utilities and utensils include, around the corner to all types of eater (especially vegan), and a hop to downtown ATL.

Great getaway
Awesome stay. Kimberly was amazing and available at all times. Quick response. House was as described. There was even a complimentary bottle of wine upon arrival. The children enjoyed the game and tv in their room. Between their and the backyard they were pretty occupied. Close in proximity to everything. Will be staying here again in the future.

Quaint, gorgeous backyard. Tv in every room for convenience, full kitchen with dishes/cooking utensils, and quick drive to downtown Atlanta and all attractions.

Great spot for a small group.
Our group of 5 had a great stay at Kimberly’s house. It was very clean and as described. She also made sure to let us know that she was astound if we needed anything. Would definitely recommend this location to anyone.

There’s a lot of things I would love to say the property was nice close to the places we went to visit.The house was clean and it had all the needs we needed and the backyard very nice for the kids to play very comfortable it felt like home Kim was very helpful with everything overall love the short stay I fully recommend it you won’t regret jt.
