Great views! Comfortable beds. Very clean, well maintained. Great location, near grocery stores walking distance to many restaurants. Nice pool, snorkeling. Bring shampoo as they didn't provide much. The other thing we wished we brought was a blue tooth speaker.

Excellence property and location. Hot tub didn't work though even though it was listed as an amenity.

We love staying at El Cantil! It is walking distance to many great restaurants and dive boats can pick you up at the property. Two grocery stores right across the street make it easy to keep the kitchen stocked. We will continue to stay here again and again. Eve with Five Star Property Management was always available to answer any questions and the staff were freindly and helpful.

Unobstructed ocean views, lovely sunsets, spacious and great location! Close to everything without being in the middle of the city center, this place was a great choice for us. We could walk to restaurants and the grocery store in minutes. The building staff is friendly, very helpful and attentive. Eve was responsive and thorough and always available to answer questions. Overall wonderful and relaxing stay for us.

Thoroughly enjoyed the property and location.

This was our second summer to stay at El Cantil and we are already planning our next trip back. This unit is on the 7th floor and the unit we stayed in last summer was on the ground floor. Both units have their purks but I think I prefer being up high. Toward the end of our stay I realized that I had only been inside to sleep or cook. We literally sat on the balcony and watched all the boat action from dawn until dusk. Bring a good pair of binoculars! Using the elevator to get up and down from the unit was not an issue. I was worried that it would be a hassle after staying on the ground floor last year but it was no big deal. The unit was very clean and had all that we needed. Housekeeping was attentive as well as Eve the property manager. I felt safe walking to the grocery store by myself to get any groceries we needed throughout the week. Don’t miss the pastries at the grocery store bakery! Overall, another great stay at El Cantil!

We loved how clean everything was, the communication with the property manager was great, and we loved waking up to a beautiful view of the ocean everyday. Also, the central air conditioning was amazing. We would totally stay here again.

The property is very spacious and has an amazing view. The pool area is well taken care of and has a lot of seating area. Be careful if parking in underground garage as the space is extremely tight and made for miniature cars. The condo could use a washing machine though,

El Cantil was AMAZING! Not only were they responsive before and during my stay, but the place was very clean, the A/C worked perfectly, and the views are beautiful. The balcony is very large with plenty of seating space, a 2 person hot tub, and the perfect spot to watch the sun set across the ocean in the evenings. The room itself is spacious, the photos are accurate, and this is seriously the cleanest and most well-managed property I've ever stayed at in Cozumel (and I've stayed at many, many spots in Coz - fyi: avoid Occidental Resort at ALL costs!). The huge pool is perfect for decompressing after a day of diving! Right across the street are 2 easily accessible large grocery stores. And since this condo is located right off the main road, it's very easy (and cheap!) to hail a taxi and go anywhere... or to take a nice stroll into town. I will for sure be booking at El Cantil again for my next Coz trip!

El Cantil will be our go to spot for all of our Cozumel trips from now on. You can't beat the location. Close enough to town you can walk, across the street from 2 grocery stores and the dive boat picks you up right there. The evening sunset social in the pool was fun and you get to meet your neighbors.

This place is beautiful. The balcony and hot tub are nice , beautiful ocean swim area. Loved it!

4th time staying in this complex. Location is fantastic, easy stroll to eating and shopping and the ferry to Playa. Our dive company picks us up right behind El Cantil. Couldn't be more convenient. Also, great complex with nice pools and sunset views!

We had a fabulous time at the property, and phenomenal sunset views! We decreased our stars from a full rating due to four items (keeping in mind we would contract to stay again and make alternative plans with the knowledge gained). 1) the property listing stated dive locker access, but this property did NOT have that because it is used for owner storage. All 4 of us were scuba diving and this misunderstanding caused inconvenience and alternative arrangements for our gear with our dive company (it worked out). 2) the parking garage entrance, access, and spots to park were challenging. 3) the gossip around the pool area by those living on the property permanently or in an extended capacity was more than we have experienced during other stays over the years. We easily managed by removing ourselves from the area during high frequency use times and using the patio hot tub more frequently. We did encounter some people/groups of the same background that were welcoming and shared their input on best “must….see/do/go to” that we had no previous knowledge of during our 4 previous visits to Cozumel. 4) the unit door code changed randomly and it was an inconvenience communicating while juggling groceries but Eve’s reply was quick via email. Again, the property location, security (24/7 per keycard), friendliness, and helpfulness per all communications were helpful and supportive. Thank You for sharing the property with us!

My friend and I are over 60 and were concerned with safety in Mexico. I needn't have worried! There are security guards, who are incredibly friendly and helpful, on site 24 hours. You need key passes for elevators, the pool area, and garage. The room itself has gorgeous views of the water and sunsets. We enjoyed morning coffee on the patio, watching the boats heading out. The kitchen is well stocked with supplies. We had fabulous snorkeling right in front of the condo. It was so nice to have the room cleaned every 2 days. The management responds exceedingly quickly to every question. I will definitely be back!

We had two couples stay in the unit and had a great stay. This is our third stay at El Cantil (which we love) and our first time in this unit since we only needed 2 BR's compared to 4BR's for our prior stays. The location can't be beat and the pool and snorkeling are great. The property management team were easy to work with on a couple of questions/requests early on and we went on to have a great stay.

I would highly recommend this property if you’re staying in Cozumel. It has 2 bedrooms, each with their own on-suite bathroom and showers. It’s right on the beach with an unground pool and hot jacuzzi. Eva and Carmen were AMAZING. Any questions I had were responded to immediately via text. Everything was simply perfect and we had no concerns or complaints. The property is centrally located to all of the shops, restaurants, and fun.

The condo was exactly as described and the views were beautiful. Communication both pre arrival and during our stay was very responsive. The location was perfect and when we head back to CZM in the future, we will definitely stay here again.

Spacious, clean, comfortable and great AC. I’ve traveled to Cozumel many times and this location cannot be beat! The infinity pool is a dream at sunset, as well as lounging on the balcony hot tub in the evenings. Some of the best shore snorkeling on the island is right out front of this property- octopus, drumfish, eels, rays, reef fish, nudibranchs. We had an issue with construction noise disturbance and the owner was quick to accommodate a discount. Book it!

This property takes your breath away when you open the door and see the view off the balcony. The condo is beautiful and hopefully I can get back soon! Management and housekeeping staff are very helpful and quick to respond. Loved my stay.

Amazing views and close to everything. We will definitely be back. The couch was pretty uncomfortable but the love seat was fine. The beds were extremely comfortable especially for Mexico but the bed frame sounded like it was about to break. And I’m a tiny person. But everything was prefect other than that. Hot tub was excellent, kitchen had everything you could need, tons of hot water for showers, there were lots of towels and the place was huge. It’s the best place I’ve ever stayed in my 20 years of visiting Cozumel. Can’t wait to go back. We loved this place.

Condo was clean and smelled good. The property in the description and pictures is exact as the listing describes. We loved every second at this condo! The AC works amazing. There is hot water for showering. The beds are like sinking into clouds! Would DEFINITELY stay again if the property was available and price was right. This property was priced right this time! Gorgeous views. Balcony very large and relaxing. Immaculately clean. Comfy beds (have egg crate). Great A/C. Wifi is fast. I zoomed a meeting with no issues. We will definitely be back to El Cantil. The "beach" is never crowded. Always a beach chair. Snorkeling right off the pier is excellent. We saw an eel, blue tang, etc. The only thing I would suggest is to replace the couch. The cushions are shot and not comfortable to sit on.

This is a very nice condo, centrally located easy walking to town. It is appointed nicely and was very comfortable, we highly recommend. The property managers were very accomodating and made our stay very enjoyable.
