Beautiful location in Daytona Beach Shores in the iconic Peck Plaza! 10th floor views as shown/promised. It is a quiet, rules-based community. My wife and I enjoyed that aspect as I believe it keeps out the majority of the vacationing loud crowd. Thanks to Lucas for sharing this beautiful condo with us, make sure to check out Cherry Hill Ice Cream right down the street as well as the resturant in Peck Plaza!

The condo at 10SE Peck Plaza was perfection - a 5 star rating if ever there was one! It was beautifully decorated, immaculate, the views were amazing, and the layout was ingenious and spacious (3 full bathrooms! and ocean views from every room!). There were plenty of towels and linens and everything we needed in the kitchen. The washer/dryer were a life saver. The only improvements I could suggest would be 1) to offer more than 2 keys/fobs, since you can't exit OR enter any part of the property (beach, pool, building) without it and 2) fix the 2nd elevator. We hope to return next year and stay here again!

Condo was really nice and clean! We had a great stay. Kitchen is really well stocked. Made good use of the beach chairs and boogie boards. The beach was beautiful. Building is older but everything was nicely renovated. Elevators are temperamental and only one was working during our stay which made for long wait times, but mostly on the weekends. Overall a really nice rental!

What a beautiful place to stay! Ocean front and the views were spectacular! Sunrise from the balcony and sunset from our bedroom window. The condo was very clean and while the pictures were great the actual was just stunning. Residents and vacationers were all so very nice and we all struck up conversations so easily. Walking the beach or just sitting at the surfs edge with provided chairs was so relaxing. We brought teenagers as well and they had a great time with basketball, tennis and ping pong… also crab hunting at night. The shopping and restaurants were all great. There is also a fun water park nearby that was a hit as well. We will definitely be back.

The property is as described. The building and facilities are well maintained. We stayed a month, not a lot to cook with, 2 sauté pans, a griddle and 1 pot. No lids. Also 2 crockpots and an air fryer. All were very used. The provided towels do not have much life left in them either. Just a heads up no beach chairs or umbrellas accompany this unit. Great restaurants in the area! Millie’s is a must!! And don’t miss Cherry Hill Ice Cream for delicious handmade ice cream.

The living quarters are so perfect. It is refreshing to experience a well thought out decor and wonderfully appointed kitchen and sleeping rooms. The view is outstanding, we love the ocean and the sound of the waves crashing on shore is hypnotic. We had a wonderful time, the restaurant on top was very enjoyed. Great place to share a sunset with your love.

Property was beautiful, great location, easy access to the beach, pools, hot tub, gym etc. Had beach chairs, shovels, boards, etc. for kids. Kitchen set up with dishwasher. Great communication with host/manager. Definitely need house shoes or extra socks due to the sand, but that comes with the beach.

Our unit at Peck Plaza absolutely lived up to the pictures featured on VRBO. Everything was clean and organized. They anticipated every need and gave us a vacation of luxury. The ocean and city views were spectacular. The check-in was smooth with friendly attention. The week went way too fast.

It's a very unusual looking building which was really nice because we could identify our temporary living space from far away. The windows provided beautiful views of the ocean. The place was spacious- even had 3 full baths which was perfect for the 3 of us to get cleaned up at the same time. I loved the huge mirror in the master bedroom. The beds were somewhat comfortable- they were Sleep Number which we also have but it must've been a cheaper style. The couch needed a good cleaning but other than that, it was the perfect place to stay. The club level had pool, ping-pong and books to read when it was raining. It also had a nice pool and shuffleboard if you didn't want the beach time. Beach rental is available- pricey but it was worth it for us. The building manager on site was great. They use keys and key fobs- wish it was a code system so we didn't have to remember to take those with us but We really enjoyed our stay and would book again here!

Condo was exactly as pictured and we could not have asked for more! We had an amazing stay and a wonderful time in Daytona Beach! We would definitely stay here again!

My family and I enjoyed this condo so much. The veiw was incredible and the size and updates this condo had were perfect. The style was modern but it was so comfortable. 10/10 in my book and it will be our first choice when we go back to Daytona in the future.

This certainly limited some activity for our stay as we could not readily go to our condo and back out. Also, if you are seeking a refreshing pool, this is not it during the summer months. The pool was very warm and not refreshing at all. In fact, it was almost as warm as the hot tub. The staff was great on site and worked hard each day to rectify the problems with the elevator as many occupants were upset over this issue. Overall, great week and we would stay at this location again if the elevators were fixed and the pool was temperature appropriate for the season.

This truly is a beautiful property. We have been renting condos in Florida for many years and this is at the top for places to vacation. Everything you need is here and the amenities at Peck Plaza are great. Lewis is always available and very responsive to any concerns that may occur. The pictures are exactly what you can expect but still do not do the property justice. Interested In a condo on the beach in Daytona Beach Shores? Rent this beautiful condo.
