We loved the location. Neighborhood was quiet. Air Condition issues were addressed promptly. Other issues addressed promptly as well. The property could use an upgrade to furniture and kitchen appliances. Chairs and umbrellas in the shed were an added bonus.

Pros: Location is steps to the beach and broadwalk. The house is close to stores. Having 3 bathrooms was great. (One of the toilets didn’t flush properly.) There was an abundance of beach towels. Having the laundry was great. There were plenty of ice cube trays and a small cooler we used for the beach. Having a keypad entry was great, we didn’t have to worry about losing a key at the beach, or sharing a key amongst all of us. The ability to sit on the patio outback, on the balcony up top or patio area out front was great when people wanted to go to sleep, or if there was rain. There was a gas grill which we used to cook meals which saved us money. Having the driveway was great for parking off street. Neutral The chairs and umbrellas for the beach were not best shape but we were able to use them and it worked fine (watch out for the rust) There needs to be a mat for rear patio door to wipe feet. We tracked a lot of sand in We put the trash out on our first night but they did not take the recycling and it was full and smelled. Cons The house lacked some kitchen basics (Potholder/measuring cup/toaster) There wasn’t soap in all the bathroom. There was black mold in the upstairs bedroom and the ac unit didn’t work. I don’t think it was even needed as the central ac worked well. There were outlets in bedroom w/walkout in front that were lose and dangerous. Toilet not working properly in the back bedroom. The refrigerator is small and shelves broken/missing The house needs overall painting, The patio furniture in the back, a good majority broken including the umbrella. They need to remove the broken furniture from the yard. It was all sitting in the yard and detracts from the yard. We were concerned after we read other reviews. Even with the few cons regarding the house we all agreed the pros outweighed the cons and we would stay again.

1 min walk to beach and boardwalk. 3 mins to cool bar/restaurants. Very good AC unit

Been visiting Hollywood for years, I stay at random places... This time we had a group of eight for my daughters wedding. This house is centrally in the perfect place to give you access to all that Hollywood Beach has to offer. Although there was a few items such as a running toilet the place was exactly what we needed and the accomodations where great. Met the owner one evening seemed like a nice guy. .. Everything we great and I would recommend

Needs upgrades

Great location for young or old everything is within walking distance beach, shops and entertainment. On site parking was a blessing and kept expenses down. Plenty of space in the backyard to store SUP and bikes. We'd love to stay here again!
