very nice overall. impressively remodeled. nice touches too. we had a great time dispite several overcast and rainy periods. Ocean woods is a terrific area of Kiawah we always enjoy.

This home has the best amenities of any Kiawah home we’ve experienced yet. It is so comfortable, charming and has beautiful lagoon views, lots of nature! Every bed is super comfie, kitchen is well appointed. Easy walk to the beach.

Everything was perfect… loved the sunroom overlooking the pond where we regularly saw Great Blue Herons and white egrets. Beach was only a 5 minute walk. I’ll definitely book again.

Seas the Day was a perfect fit for our family vacation. Good bedrooms, bathrooms, lounging areas, and kitchen very favorably laid out. Be aware MBR has split mattress configuration which didn’t appeal to us. Everyone loved the sun porch and especially the swing! The beds were exceptionally comfortable and linens and towels plentiful, which was a nice perk. Hope to be able to stay again!

We had a wonderful stay at Seas the Day. Colleen was great to work with from booking to checking in. She was great to communicate with and answered every question promptly. The home was perfect and exactly how it's listed. We have stayed in several of the Oceanwoods homes over the years and Seas the Day was the nicest by far. The additional bedroom made it ideal. All of the furnishings were high quality, with nice towels, Turkish beach towels, kitchen supplies, with coffee ready for the first morning. The sun room with the bed swing was a wonderful place for us to sit and have coffee in the morning before going to the beach. All of the furniture was comfortable and the beds were very comfortable. There are many thoughtful touches, like wireless chargers, helpful instructions, hair dryers, plenty of basic supplies, beach towels, beach chairs. This help keep our packing down which is good for over-packers. Overall, this property and owner was fantastic and we hope to stay again very soon!

We were thrilled with our home for the week! Everything was beautiful, and we could not have asked for a nicer place. We loved the proximity to the beach and to Freshfields. Clean, well equipped, nice grill and outdoor shower and beach equipment. Very nice kitchen and sunroom as well as beautiful yard on a lagoon. Just a block plus to beach in uncrowned area.

Truly a special place. Beautifully decorated, the owner thought of everything ! Great location, private culdesac with the lagoon wrapped around the house.

We had stayed in Oceanwoods years ago but hadn't recently because three bedrooms was too few for us. Therefore, we were thrilled to find a four bedroom Oceanwoods for rental. It met all of our expectations: near the beach, comfortable accommodations, nicely furnished, well stocked kitchen and a very responsive and helpful owner! After many years of visiting Kiawah, my daughter-in-law said that the cottage is the only place that she'd consider renting again!

We’ve been coming to Kiawah for 20+ years and this was one of our top favorite places to stay! Super easy walk or ride to the beach, friendly and quiet street, easy bike ride to Night Heron park, beautiful views from the master and sunroom. Kitchen fully stocked with everything we needed. We have been coming to Kiawah for over 20 years. This house is on the top of our list now! We have rated this home 5 stars and it deserves every one of them. All of the special touches are spectacular. The lagoon views, location, the beautiful decor, great kitchen... you name it! We want to come back again and again! Seas the Day!

We loved this house!!!. The owner thought of everything we would need to make our stay comfortable. The house was fully stocked and impeccably clean. I spent many hours on the bed swing in the sunroom watching the wildlife in the pond out back. We will def. stay here again. Thank you for making our week at Kiawah one to remember.

It seemed that the owners had thought of everything we could possibly need in a beautiful beach house to completely relax and destress. In addition, the views of the lagoon on two sides of the house were very peaceful no matter the time of day and the scenic 3-5 minute walk to the beach were most enjoyable! We had a couple of thunderstorms while we were there but we did not even care! We enjoyed every minute of our vacation!

We've stayed at Oceanwoods for years and after just spending a week at Seas the Day, we think we've found "our spot"! Really a tasteful renovation with no detail spared..deluxe mattresses, premium linens, plenty of towels..with an ideal location overlooking the lagoon. The owner could not have been more accommodating in quickly responding to our every small concern. We are happy to give this property all the stars it deserves and will definitely return.

We were a group of six adults and two children, and I was a little concerned that the living spaces would be a bit tight, but they were more than adequate. The sunroom with the swinging bed was the favorite place to hang out and play games and enjoy the view of the lagoon. We absolutely loved that we had such a scenic view from all the rooms of the house especially the master bedroom. I woke up every morning and opened all of the curtains and it was almost like you were in a treehouse. The kitchen was extremely well stocked, and had everything we needed… including all the essentials to bake cookies and cook in most nights. The beds were all very comfortable and we will be looking to book this place again!

It is a short walk (on the beach or walking path) to the store at East Beach Village or the Sanctuary. When we return to Kiawah this will be the first place we check for availability.

The house had everything we needed and more. We packed way more than we needed. The walk to the beach was easy and a beautiful area. We rode bikes for miles everyday.
