We absolutely loved our stay at Katherine's loft in Pepin! Every detail was cared for, from the instructions received before arrival to all the amenities that were carefully placed and labeled throughout the apartment. Everything was so perfect and comfortable. We loved the deck overlooking Lake Pepin. Filtered water in the fridge, shower bombs in the bathroom, makeup face cloths, plenty of outlets, and again - everything labeled!!! We could see and feel the love that went into this place and we'll definitely come back!!!

Perfect place for night after your wedding at the winery! I rented this for my daughter and her new husband, they loved it. Hostess made them feel super special with her extra touches.

This little slice of heaven was a perfect for our overnight stay! The host thought of EVERYTHING! Cordless phone chargers for android and Apple… eucalyptus tabs to put in your shower… the deck, fireplace and outdoor patio with fire pit. Honestly the best VRBO experience we have had with not a single disappointment or “I wish they had…”

Great location if attending a wedding at the vineyard. You can walk there if you want. Only downside would be the trains.

Everything is as advertised, perfect spot for a special occasion, quiet and relaxing. Perfect spot to get away from it all with plenty of perks in the room. The owners are very responsive throughout the entire process.

Stayed 1 night in this beautiful loft for a girls bday get away! It was very clean and welcoming! Next time would love to stay longer and enjoy more of the amenities (fire pit, etc) ! Will definitely come back again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our overnight getaway in Pepin. The loft was cozy and beautifully decorated for the Christmas holiday. The space comfortably sleeps 3-4 and is very conveniently located within walking distance of the winery. Highly recommend!

Katherine’s property was a dream. If you are attending an event at Villa Bellezza, you have to stay here. It is immaculately clean, check in directions are extremely clear, and the whole property is gorgeous. Within very close walking distance to the winery across the street. I would absolutely come back!

This is a beautiful property in Pepin,WI. Perfectly set up and situated. I walked to the vineyard across the street to have dinner. If you need a place to stay near Pepin, I highly recommend this little gem.

We had a nice night at the loft after a wedding in the area. No problems finding it or getting in.The bed was comfortable and everything worked well!

It was the perfect spot for a girls' getaway! It had everything we needed. It was clean, cozy, and everything was in good working order. The host was friendly and accessible if needed. Be aware that there isn't an oven, although there is a grill, microwave, and hot plate/singular cooktop you can use to make food. I overlooked that part in the property description, so kinda my fault there. We had a great time and would definitely recommend or even stay again!

Host was very welcoming… just enough to make us comfortable. The place was tastefully decorated and spotless. Plus a whole bunch of personal touches. Everything we needed for a night away and a visit to the lovely winery across street. June is gorgeous in this area and Stockholm, 5 miles away, is very quaint too.

Perfect. Away from the rat race but near great dining and one of the most beautiful, natural settings in the United States. The suite, itself, is floored and walled and ceilinged with beautiful, hard woods and an excellent kitchenette, fireplace and a private deck where you can gaze out at Lake Pepin and enjoy country air.

We loved our stay at Pepin Haus. Check in and check out was so easy, everything was clearly labeled and organized so there was no confusion. Everything was clean and it smelled great! We were very comfortable and I can’t recommend enough! Thank you!

Katherine's Pepin Guest Haus was everything we could have wanted for our weekend on Lake Pepin. It was so beautifully decorated for the holidays and extra cozy with the fireplace and toasty floors. Katherine sent us some weekend events so there was so much to do even though it's technically the off-season. We can't wait to come back!

A beautiful place for a couples getaway. Private, well-furnished space with a fireplace and your own outdoor patio with firepit. In a quiet neighborhood but close enough to walk to town.
Two things to know and plan for when visiting here:
1: There is no stovetop or oven - other than the microwave and a toaster you cannot cook. This was fine for us, we planned picnics and meals out.
2: If you're visiting midweek off-season, many restaurants in town do not open until Thursday.

The place was so cute and clean. They had all that you needed on a short stay with everything marked well. The nautical theme was so perfect for being on Lake Pepin. The place was walking distant to the key destination places in Pepin. Great stay!
