Awesome pad for the boys!! Stayed for a night after watching Alabama's big win against the Vols! Roll Tide!

Took my family and some friends for a concert. Awesome layout and location. One of the coolest vrbo properties I’ve ever rented!

The house is roomy with great natural light. The layout of the kitchen and the living room makes the perfect place for groups to hang out.

It doesn’t get much better than this property. Very cool place to stay weather you’re with family or with friends.

The house worked out perfect for us. We were between neighborhoods shopping and this seemed centrally located for us. Clean, comfortable place. Thanks Nashville!

Just stayed one night while passing through. Plenty of space for 6 of us. We took a walk to downtown. It was about 30 minutes to get there. Would like to stay again when we have more time.

We had the best time celebrating my best friends bachelorette week! House is close to everything you need to experience in Nashville and very spacious for a big group of girls. Lots of space to decorate! One thing I will say, is the fan in the double bed room does not work at all and in the bunk room, it only works when the light is on. Other than that, we had an incredible stay and will definitely be back!

The property has great lighting. The set up was perfect for my meeting. The property has ample comfortable seating and stocked with much needed coffee. The dressing room had amply blow dryer and was decorated with a fabulous Dolly vibe.

This place was amazing! Was better than pictures. The space was MASSIVE and had so much space for myself and friends. Like seriously it was so open and bright we loved it. Beds were comfy. There was several places to lounge too.

Was great for me to stay here. The alley in the back where you park is very convenient for getting to my song writes & the place was just as great!

House was everything as expected and perfect for a bachelor party weekend. Location was easily accessible for anything you’d want to do in Nashville and space is great. Would recommend to anyone looking to have A group to nashville

Great property- bougie vibes. Designed as party space. Easy commute to tourist areas. Great townie bar (beer only) right behind the unit. Short walk to West End. Cons: no privacy in the rooms. Not ideal for couples wanting privacy. Loud noise from huge construction projects starting at 7am. The larger room is has way too much light in it- needs light blocking curtains. Also, only one VERY tiny shower. Given the size of the place and occupancy potential, this tiny stall shower really isn’t enough. Water pressure was too low also. If I were here for a bachelorette party with 4-6 girls, or an adult family it’s a great option. Not for romantic trips ;)

This location was convenient to downtown. We walked to coffee shops and midtown restaurants and then took Uber, drove, or rode electric scooters to Broadway. There was plenty of room for our family. We loved playing pool. Beds are comfy. This was great for a family, but would also be perfect for a girls trip.

Great property, great location, excellent off street parking. Don’t miss Bobby’s Idle Hour right behind the unit (beer only) great music. Walking distance to Hattie Bs in one direction and Edgehill in the other.

Very open and comfortable! Once the construction is done next door and the early morning jackhammering stops it will be amazing!!

I was only passing through Nashville, but the property was amazing. We were able to walk to the entertainment district and were able to make use of the pool table after we got back. It was cheaper than getting a couple of generic hotel rooms. Everything was clean. Parking was easy. I would gladly stay again!

The location was great and the space suited 8 adults. We will be renting the location again!

We were in town for the Preds and Titans so didnt spend much time at the house but the house was clean and a great location!

This house was absolutely stunning and in a great location! Our bachelorette party loved every minute of it! The place was really clean and really worked for all of us!

The VRBO was great but the neighborhood has a construction site working 24 hours a day. How is that legal? We couldn't sleep because the ground was moving from a jackhammer. Unbelievably loud banging and machinery at 3 in the morning 1 block away. Wish we would've received a heads up.

The house was amazing! Just a 7 minute Uber ride to Honky-tonk row. Definitely will book again!

This house was very well rennovated, very clean and very trendy. It's a short scooter ride away from all of the fun stuff in downtown Nashville. The only thing I would suggest they ad would be a carport for some protection from the weather.
