This was our second time at this property and looking forward to next time. House was as described. Having the pool and lots of pool towels available made it even better. Kitchen was well stocked. Having a high chair, some toys and a swing set for the kids were pluses. Owner was easy to reach and replied immediately.

Beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bath in a nice neighborhood with heated pool. We had a blast and were very comfortable

The location of this house was the best thing about it. If you’re looking to stay near a lot of shops and restaurant, this place is for you! The check-in and check-out process was very simple.
Things that could have been better would include cleanliness. When we walked in, there was an odd smell. Like maybe the owners had a cat because it smelled like cat litter. There were 5 people staying in the house. We were given 5 bath towels and 2 wash clothes. There was a trundle bed in the bunk room but no extra sheets or blankets in the house. Overall, I don’t know that we would rent this particular house again.

Decent house , but wish it had more daily essentials. Only one wash cloth, one roll of toilet paper, and paper towels. All closets were locked, bathrooms were not vaccinated. Pool was not really heated like the listing said. Things were outdated.

The was a wonderful home to stay in. Everything was clean, well updated, and of good quality. The house was perfect for a family with great safety features. The pool was great and so was the playground. The beds and couch were very comfortable as well. I would highly recommend this home.

Beautiful house for your family with the pool and the playhouse the kids will love it. House is close to everything from food to shopping witch is always great and the house is located in a good little neighborhood. Thanks for having us

Me and 4 of my friends rented this place for our Florida vacation and absolutely loved it. All the little details Jenny had thought of did not go unnoticed, she was super prompt with responding and her house was fantastic. I would definitely rent this beautiful place again and recommend it to friends

The host for this property has accurately represented the house on VRBO.
Well appointed bedrooms and lounge. Kitchen was well stocked with plates, cutlery, glasses, and all the other things required to create meals. Refrigerator was clean and very large to place our purchases.
The property is located a short distance from shops, restaurants and with easy access to the highway.
The host responded to queries that we had in a very timely manner and with accurate information.
Would highly recommend this property to those seeking a high quality house suitable for 4 adults in the Melbourne / Palm Bay area.

If you are looking for a quiet and tranquil neighborhood, this home is for you! We were about 15 minutes from both beach and downtown, and it was super easy to navigate our way around Palm Bay!

Comfortable 3 bedroom
Great for families with small children. Listing accurate, very clean inside, well equipped kitchen, nice pool and close to shopping / beaches. Yard needed maintenance and didn't like all the cameras. Host was quick to reply to questions.
