Wonderful property, location and communication with rental folks. Couldn't ask for anything better!

We really enjoyed staying in the center of Old Town Bluffton. The place was great!

The apartment is fine. My problem was getting up the stairs with bags of groceries. I still have this month. Have enjoyed walking around many walks around old town Bluffton . I would suggest that employees at local business not sit on steps and discard their cigarette butts there.

The central heating/a/c unit worked perfectly and quietly throughout our stay. The other apartments were rarely a source of any disturbance to us.We prefer to cook and eat at home and had nearly everything we needed to accomplish this — even a Keureg!There were some minor issues with our month-long stay that may be unimportant for those staying for a week or a week-end. The staff were willing to come in and evaluate and repair, but we chose to live with the problems. The bathroom sink drained very slowly — we fixed with a liquid hair/grease deplugger There was no strainer in the kitchen sink to protect the disposal — we brought one in from our RV The dryer (yes, we sure appreciated having a washer and dryer) vented warm moist air and lots of unfiltered fluff out into the apartment The trash area outside was difficult to understand and use When all is said and done, we will definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our time next to the corner perk coffee shop. Bluffton is a beautiful little town perfectly located for just about everything.

Very clean with all the amenities needed. Very nice decor and furniture. Very welcoming to relax in and an excellent location walking distance to great restaurants a coffee shop and an ice cream shop. You can walk to the May river dock and park area.

Everything is immaculate and well maintained. The bed is very comfortable. The place is very pretty. We enjoyed breakfast downstairs at the local coffee shop, and an elegant dinner at The Farm which is literally just around the corner.Parking was not an issue for us. Do be aware you must climb some stairs to access the unit. However, there are some handy stair rails if needed. Bluffton is a lovely town and we spent a great deal of time walking around, it is very pedestrian friendly. The location was close to shops and restaurants, all in walking distance. Live music at night added to the experience. Apartment was clean and adorable with modern decorations. This is a perfect location central to everything that Bluffton has to offer! It is a very cute and comfortable apartment, and the rental company was easy to communicate with and everyone I spoke to was great. The apartment can be a little noisy with traffic as well as the bars, but it is not very loud and is an easy trade-off for being so close to everything. We were able to walk everywhere during our visit. The apartment was small and comfortable, and I appreciated that they provided all of the basic amenities we might need, with a hand written note and cold waters in the fridge!
