We loved this house! it’s updated and comfortable. The location is wonderful. We were able to walk into town and to the beach in just a few minutes! I do love to cook and the kitchen was well equipped.

We are from Mich. originally and go up there from Tenn. every year at this time. Lexington is a beautiful little town and the view of the lake is gorgeous. This house was close to everything and very clean and well kept.

The home was clean and up to date. My teenage son was competing in the High School State Powerlifting meet at the local high school. 8 of us stayed in the house and there was plenty of room. Thank you for a great stay.

So, you are only 2-3 blocks from the Village, just a short walk away. You are in the heart of Lexington... The home is lovely and has a well-stocked kitchen. The neighborhood is clean and well kept. The pond in the back yard is beautiful, with an abundance of birdlife. There are great restaurants and shops in the village, and I loved walking at the harbor on the jetty. Michael is wonderful, super responsive and accommodating. If you are looking for a spot in this adorable are, STAY HERE!

House is great very clean and updated. Has a fire pit and small pond outback. Also very nice neighborhood thats great for walking and its just a shot walk to all the shops and restaurants in Lexington. Weve stayed here twice now and its perfect for us and our family.

We stayed Friday to Monday for Girls weekend and the house was perfect. We had 6 girls staying and we fit comfortably. Place was very clean. The back yard had a beautiful view. Beds were extremely comfortable. The coffee pods were amazing, we had enough for every person every day. Bathroom necessities were there too if you forgot. The only thing we couldn’t find we’re more kitchen towels/hand towels but we did laundry and it worked out. Washer and dryer at every nice. Would recommend!

My two friends and I spent a long weekend here and couldn't have been more comfortable. The house is close to the water and downtown Lexington, walkable if you're an avid walker or about one minute by car. The house had everything we needed for a relaxing and comfortable stay. Check in was super easy and our host accommodated a slightly late check out, which was nice.
Definitely would recommend.

Loved the house! It was cleaned, updated and close to everything in downtown Lexington. It was in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood and slept all of us comfortably. The host was very accommodating to our needs and the house had everything we needed. I would definitely recommend this place for a family trip or a girls week like ours!

We really enjoyed staying here! Our kids had fun switching rooms every night! We loved the way the fire pit and patio were built. The neighbors were very friendly. We loved that it was a short enough distance to be able to walk to the beach or in town. Michael was very easy to talk to and got back to us quickly if we had a question. It was also great he let our Golden Retriever stay as well! We are very thankful for that! Overall, we had a wonderful time and would absolutely stay there again!

Loved the house and neighborhood. It was nice to be able to walk to town. The house was clean and nicely furnished. Great to have the washer and dryer. It quickly felt like home and we were a bit sad to leave after a week. Will book this house again.

The house was very nice. It had room for all of us. We had 4 adults and 3 kids. We loved that towels and linens were provided. The house was very clean. We also loved the patio and fire pit. We definitely plan on staying again!

Great communication with renter and easy access to property. The house is super clean and beautifully decorated with comfortable sleeping arrangements! The kitchen was well stocked with all your cooking needs and the coffee station was key to the start of every day. We walked to the beach, shops and restaurants from morning to midnight. Wish we had more time to try out the fire pit but the backyard was like a peaceful retreat with the view of the pond💜

We felt so at home here. We loved the location with it being walking distance to downtown Lexington and Stesis we went to watch DJ Carl and had great pizza. We had a great bbq and bonfire. The house was clean and had anything you would need in the house. We loved the coffee bar. The management was fabulous
He checked if we arrived and if we needed anything. We will definitely rent here again. Thank you for the great weekend.

Super clean! I have stayed in many rentals and Mike’s place in Lexington is a beautifully decorated and updated home. Everything you need is very close and we enjoyed the beach and local restaurants. We had a fire every night and played sports in the larger yard. The neighbors were friendly. Mike had great communication if we needed anything. I would love to return to this home.

We stayed here for a girls trip and had a nice weekend while in town. The check in process was very easy, especially with us flying into town and getting in rather late. Overall good experience.

Perfect little house. Lots of beds (5). Spacious and very clean. House had some miscellaneous items laundry soap, fabric sheets, toilet paper, tooth brushes, tooth paste etc. It's a half mile to be on the lake and a very nice walk thru town to get there. We did not use fire pit but plenty of chairs. We used the bbq grill which was nice to have.

Lexington is a cute small town and this property is perfectly located to walk everywhere. The house is very spacious and clean with a beautiful view from the kitchen window. A backyard firepit is there to enjoy as well, although our March weather was too cold to try it out!

Everything was newly updated, very comfortable and clean, plenty of space for our family. It was great to be able to walk to the lake or into town. The house had basic kitchen equipment but would have been nice to find some basics like scissors, pens, a corkscrew.

We have stayed at several local properties over the years and this was far and away the best. The walk into town was less than a half mile (for the daily caffeine fix), the property is completely updated, everything was immaculate, and the owner checked in to ensure we were doing okay. No complaints at all. We hope to stay here again on our next Christmas trip to the area!

Lexington is a cute little town. I would like to comeback when it’s warmer and we can explore more. We were there for our son’s wedding. The venue Cadillac House was beautiful.

Great rental property to work remote and experience Lexington and the neighboring towns. House is clean and well maintained. Coffee bar is a great amenity! Easy walk to town to enjoy the restaurants and pubs.

The property was exactly how it was described and clean. It was just close enough to the cute town of Lexington and the beach access (8 min max). We were able to enjoy the fireworks, 4th of July parade, and the firefighters pancake breakfast. We made a nice fire in the back one of the nights too.

Great base of operations in a nice and tidy neighborhood of Lexington. Owner very attentive and helpful and the home has many thoughtful and unexpected amenities. A great short trip getaway for SE michiganders!
