We loved our accommodations. My contact person, Patrick, assisted us immediately when we had issues with the tv/internet. I would definitely rebook for a future stay. :)

Check-in at this property was incredibly efficient and the owner was responsive to all of our needs! The location is awesome! Public access to the beach was just a few hundred feet away. We were also a very short drive away from shopping, restaurants, and other attractions.

My family and I had a great stay in the outer banks during our trip. Patrick was a great host and made everything extremely easy. The cottage was absolutely perfect for our family of four. Five stars!

This is the perfect place for a getaway in the Outerbanks! The place has literally everything you could possibly need and the location is prime with the beach across the street. The description matches perfectly and it’s super clean! Highly recommend this place for your next OBX getaway!

Very happy with our decision to stay at Patrick’s cozy cottage in Nags Head. Sunroom is a wonderful place to watch the sunrise and enjoy Duck Donuts and coffee. Beach is an easy walk as are some restaurants and shopping. Bedrooms are good size and comfortable. Well stocked kitchen with utensils and appliances. Was thrilled to have a rental with a working ice maker! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The property was as pictured, clean, cozy and cool. No problems checking in or out.

Very nice property! The property was clean and very well stocked with all the essentials. It was perfect for our family. The location is great with the beach just across the street. The property owner was extremely responsive and considerate. We experienced some bad weather at the start of our trip and he generously offered to let us stay late our last day to enjoy the nice weather. I thought that was very nice! I definitely would recommend staying here.

The cottage is just as pictured! It's warm, inviting and comfortable. And, the location is perfect. We ate a couple times at The Dunes, which is right next door. We walked to the pier, the beach, the market, and the seafood festival. Patrick was awesome and very responsive!

This little, beach cottage is super cute and the decor style is perfect for all the beach vibes. Great for a small family and right across the street from the beach. It’s also close to lots of fun attractions and shopping as well. We really enjoyed sitting in the sun room people watching when we weren’t out doing things. Mr. Pritchard was always quick to respond to any messages and made check-in & check-out super easy. My 2 year old is still talking about our “cation,” lol!

Check in was painless due to digital key. Property was clean and bright. Central to great food and activities and the public access point to the beach was just a block away. Beds and furnishings were very comfortable. Patrick was an excellent host and responded quickly to our communications.

The house was very nicely decorated, clean and the beds were comfortable. The location was fantastic. The walk to the beach was short and we had no issues at all crossing Rte. 12. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely return.

Property was very clean, well decorated, and fully stocked. Great location to walk to the beach, great restaurants, and shopping. Convenient outdoor shower and extra storage below for sandy beach chairs and toys. Would prefer in-unit laundry (as opposed to shared/coin operated), otherwise would highly recommend!

House in great location facing the beach road. Not oceanfront but Beach access is a hop skip and a jump as mentioned in description. You walk out front door and walk towards the right, and a few houses down is the cross walk leading directly into the public access. Easy to walk back to the house from the beach if needed to go to the bathroom, grab food, and go back to the beach. Walking distance to fatboyz ice cream, hair braiding, deli market, the Dunes restaurant (which is owned by the house owners), and you can see the nags head outlet strip from the house. It was clean, smelled clean when we walked in, Beautifully and tastefully updated decor, updated bathroom floor and vanity, new hardwood floor throughout, fresh paint, tv with roku/Netflix, all kitchen utensils provided for eating/cooking, coffee maker, plenty of parking, pretty sunroom facing the beach road, and a deck around back where we hung our beach towels, great water pressure for a shower, soft towels, locked storage area for your beach gear under the stairs in lower level, great for a family of 4 or 5, or 2 couples. Board games provided and a cute guest book! Patrick is extremely responsive with any questions/needs.

Nice experience. Very clean and well decorated property. Had all the basics and simple to use features without complicated instructions to figure out. Had an issue with the fridge during our stay; owner was very responsive. Although the repair could not be made while we were there, he offered a cooler with ice as a good alternative to keep our food from spoiling. Would stay there again.

The property was exactly as pictures. Perfectly located. Beautifully decorated and clean. We had an issue with the refrigerator and the owner was at the door with cooler and ice within an hour. Even drained and replaced ice for us. His mom checked in on us too. Really wonderful people, really wonderful place. Would absolutely stay again.

Super nice! Beautiful decor, all remodeled. Great location as beach access is right across the street. My biggest reason for giving this house a 5++ rating is the owner, Patrick. We had an issue with our refrigerator. He arrived within a matter of mins. He was able to get us a large cooler and keep it supplied with ice through our stay. He definitely went above and beyond. Thank you Patrick!!

Great well kept property in a very active part of OBX. Dunes is a phenomenal restaurant; great food and service.
