The place was ok, but to have to drag everything up those stairs was daunting. The carpeting in both bedrooms need to be replaced. The bed frame in the guest bedroom is busted. Spider webs in porch & railings.

Outstanding place, love the location. Everything as described. Was able to last minute extend my stay by a night. Will definitely book again when visiting my family.

Condo was exactly as described, spacious but cozy. Beds we’re comfortable, although master bedroom pillows left a bit to be desired. Beautiful view of the lake, the only downfall really is the driveway getting to the condo.
We enjoyed being able to have family in the area come to visit and had plenty of room for everyone to sit a converse. We would definitely love to stay here again when in the area.

We traveled to Hot Springs for the eclipse and chose to stay at this beautiful property. The location was great and views of the water were beautiful. We had a question for the owners and they were quick to respond. Thank you for sharing your lovely condo with us!!

Great location. Very clean condo. Would have liked some coffee packets, bar soap, and Kleenex tissues. Would recommend. Stairs can be a little tough with luggage..

The condo was just as mentioned on the site.The pictures did it no justice. I had an amazing time. The only thing I did not like was the steep hill getting to the condo, but once you get down the hill and park paradise awaits you. I would definately stay again.

Wanted to get away with the grandson for the Thanksgiving Holiday. This was the perfect get away and we enjoyed our stay. The place is conveniently located close to everything and super clean and nice. It worked well for my family. I would definitely book here again my next time in Hot Springs.

This place is conveniently located to lake, grocery, shopping, and other fun activities, yet private and secure. It was nice & clean and had everything we needed! The hosts were quick to respond to a few questions we had and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. We will definitely book this place again!
