The furniture was very comfortable and fit our family very well. We stayed in the winter and was disappointed that the deck with patio furniture and table with fire pit were all covered with snow and unusable. The cushions were still on the furniture, so even if we wiped off the snow the cushions would still be soaked. We had been excited to sit out on the deck with hot cocoa enjoying the view. Also, the area around the hot tub was covered in ice and pretty dangerous to get in and out of without putting down a bunch of towels. Side note: there was no place to hang or place towels near the hot tub. The other disappointing part was the ventilation as mentioned in other reviews. There were notes all over to keep the house between 74-77 degrees in order to keep the bottom level warm. Which meant the people sleeping upstairs on the 3rd floor were roasting, which made for a few rough nights of sleep. I can imagine the opposite would be true in the summer with A/C. Just for those reasons we won’t be staying in this home again. For the price, and considering it’s one of the newer homes, I was hoping for better nights sleep.

The large outer deck was a nice amenity and is shaded in the afternoon. We also loved the propane fireplace on the deck. Views from the home are also good. The air hockey table in the game room was a hit but it is missing pucks and the only other issue is that the hot tub needs a new cover. Other than those two minor issues, the house was great!

The best part of the house is the stunning view from the dining room. Only complaint we have is the HVAC. There is easily a 20 degree difference between the main floor and the 2nd floor. We stayed here in February when the temperature outside was in the low teens and had to sleep with the windows open. There's only one temperature control for the entire house. If you have it set for a comfortable temperature on the main floor then the basement is cold and the 2nd floor is HOT.

This house has 3 bedrooms upstairs and the beds are very comfortable. The main level has a wonderful set up with access to the amazing deck that had wonderful lake views as well. The downstairs was a dream for the kids with bunk beds, board games, air hockey table, etc. Overall this home had amazing views and was in a great location, close to either pool and short walk to the marina pick up. We would stay here every year!
