Me and my family very enjoyed staying at this place. Location is the best, super close to a beach and boardwalk. Tons of great restaurants around. Super nice rooftop with outstanding views of sunset and pool and bar with food. Room itself was good furnished and had all you need. Moderate marks on the walls was acceptable. Big issue for us was a super dirty floor. My 2 and 3 year old kids was sneaking on every corner and within 30 min in the room their white socks was completely black! If I were just with my wife wearing a flip flops wouldn’t cause any issue. But gladly Covid-19 improve store delivery options and purchase of mop and cleaning cloth from local Target didn’t harm my packet and flooring and cleaned and kins can play safe on the floor. TV was very small like 32 inch, but we didn’t really watched it anyway. Special “Thanks” to a host for adjusting of our checkout date with a refund for 1 night! I would still be glad to return to same room for outstanding sunset view from the room and just happy time with my family.

Location was great hotel, hotel wasn't up to par. Their was no house keeping, you had to walk to the front desk to get clean bath towels and trash bags etc. I was stuck in an elevator with 3 small children for over 1 hour. I had to call 911 from my cellphone. (the alarm was also broken). I was assured my resort and parking fees were going to be waived. I was charged in full and I've been calling the resort for over a month and I can't get anyone to call me back...

We just got back from our trip to Hollywood Beach for spring break with our 3 kiddos. The unit was perfect for our family. 2 pullout coaches and a bedroom with a good size bed for my husband and myself. The location was the best part of the unit. It is right off the beach and within walking distance to pretty much anything you would need. The resort also offers a great fitness center and rooftop pool, bar and hot tub, which we took advantage of during our stay. The deck off of the unit was perfect for my husband and myself to enjoy a nice glass of wine on after we tuck our kids into bed. Now just a couple of things to note for future renters: the kitchen is great with a fridge, dishwasher, microwave and stove/oven, however, would have loved to see more kitchen supplies. There was only 1 skillet pan and very little utensils. There were also no tupperware containers to store leftovers. With a family of 5 we tend to cook a few meals a day at the unit to save money and these extras would have been nice to have. Also, for being a "tropical" resort I would have loved to have a blender in the kitchen to make some fruity blended drinks. We also had an issue with the dishwasher running but the issue was taken care of right away. With the unit being off of the beach we did track in quite a bit of sand, a broom and dustpan would have been lovely to be able to sweep up.

The room was steps from the beach and Broadwalk. Great location and plenty to do within walking distance. We would stay again!
