The house was just gorgeous and we really enjoyed our stay there. The house was perfect/clean and such a nice layout. It was great for everyone and very spacious. Kids enjoys swimming in the lake and using the the amenities.

This place was amazing!!! The house was beautiful and fit our entire group of 13 easily! The house was clean and very comfy. Kim even had a welcome basket for us to help us celebrate my mom’s birthday. Nothing better than waking up in the morning and taking the kayaks out on the water. Close enough drive to Margaritaville and stores to get food! Our group loved this place and will be back again! Thanks Kim for everything!

The female cousins of our family gathered for a weekend of togetherness. The property was perfect. Plenty of sleeping space. Great layout for visiting and hanging out together. Beautiful view of the lake from the back porch. Nice dock for access to the water and ladder to exit.

The house was beautiful and perfect for our bridal party to come and go to our rehearsal dinner and wedding venue. It was comfortable in every way and the host was so kind and accommodating.

The place was very spacious, clean and well decorated. The owner was easily reachable and everything was as advertised. The kitchen extras were well stocked and saved us several years times when we were missing something. We would absolutely come back!

This house was the perfect size for us and it had everything we needed for the short time we were there. We were, unfortunately, in town for a memorial service, so our trip was very short. It also rained the entire time we were there so that didn't help. However, we would definitely stay here again. Being right on the lake was absolutely perfect for us. Kim was great to communicate with.

This home is simply stunning. The photos do not do it justice. We stayed at this home for my daughters wedding - it was perfect. The home had every necessity needed and then some.

Space was exactly as pictured. Worked for being a wedding guest at a local wedding with family that lives locally. Very clean, well supplied, great communication with the host.

We needed a property close to the wedding venue and big enough for 8 people with beds for everyone. Great house to accommodate. The view of the lake was great.

Farmhouse wedding
Our daughter was getting married at the Farmhouse and this was the perfect stay. This house is beautiful and had plenty of room for our family. Fantastic views from living room/kitchen and master bedroom looking out to the lake. This will be our first pick on our next stay in the Montgomery/Conroe area. Kim our hostess was also awesome with communication and making sure everything was set for a great stay, Thanks Kim.

Perfect home for any holiday, or just a stay
Fantastic host. Had all needed and much more. Stockings and gifts for the children. Many thoughtful details through out. Lovely view and quiet location. Would recommend and hope to return.
