This is a great property, great location, well equipped home, and amazing hosts!

The location could not have been better for access to the beach, restaurants, and shops. Combined with and incredible and communicative host made for an amazing stay.

Family of 6 all adults enjoyed a long weekend at this well located property. Good instructions on how everything operated and easy to use amenities. We especially liked the beach equipment and bikes. We walked to the Commune for breakfast and it was delicious and oh so fresh! There were a few things that could have been improved (unclean dishes and bikes needed tightening) but we were able to manage this ourselves. Tracey was very responsive and helpful

No complaints about this place. It was clean, comfortable, and worked for our group of 5 but could easily sleep more. Location was perfect, quick walk to the beach and other local attractions like the carnival a block away, which was great evening fun for the kids. Owner was prompt in her responses and very kind.

10 member family and the house was perfect. Enough room for everyone and we have one paraplegic in the family and the elevator was a game changer. Great walkable location.

What a wonderful time we had in Virginia Beach! This townhome is beautifully appointed, and has everything you need to relax. My grandchildren loved the bunk room with their own bath and huge closet. All of the beds were cozy and comfortable. We also loved having the beach chairs and wagon and beach toys for the kids. Thank you to our host Tracey for making this stay so terrific!!

This property exceeded our expectations! The accommodations were perfect for 2 families. The walk to the beach was very short! We loved it here!

This was a wonderful 4th of July getaway. This house gave more than enough space. We will definitely request to stay again. The beds were very comfortable & we could see the ocean & 17th street stage from 2 angles: 1st was from the side of the 4th floor balcony, 2nd was from a window on the 4th floor as well. At night there was the beautiful view of the colorful carnival. This place was awesome & the owners were available to answer any questions!

Beautiful house in a great location. Easy access to beach, boardwalk, restaurants, shops, etc. The beach gear and bikes are a nice bonus. Well equipped kitchen had everything we needed to cook breakfast and dinner for our whole family. Lots of room for everyone to play games and watch movies when we had a couple of rainy days. Great host - very responsive when we had questions.

Property was exactly as described and had everything we needed to fully enjoy our long weekend away. The location was fantastic, very short distance to the boardwalk and beach. Restaurants and shops were very close. The owners were responsive and helpful, even providing celebratory balloons and champagne for our birthday celebration.

beautiful home with an amazing location. The home was very clean and exactly like the pictures. Almost everything you need is within a few minute walk. Everyone in the party loved the home and location. I would highly recommend.

Overall the property was perfect. Elevator can be finicky but worked some of the time. Weather was terrible so we were not able to get the complete experience.

This property is well-maintained and the hosts were extremely responsive and easy to communicate with. It is very sizeable and accommodated our group well. It is in a very touristy part of Virginia Beach, but by the same token there is loads to do nearby. Excellent spot!

We had such a great time at your property. It had everything we needed to enjoy our trip with our large family. Everyone loved the shuffle board game. There is no need to pack beach supplies as it was provided which makes for one less thing we had to pack. It is close to everything we wanted to do. Wish we could have stayed longer. We will definitely book again.

The property was very clean, very close to the boardwalk and beach! And each bedroom had their own FULL bath - we typically don't get this, so it was really great! And all the rooms and living space were very big! Alot of room! The shuffleboard was fun and the elevator was very helpful for unloading and loading. Thank you, we had a great stay! The only reason I did not give 5 stars for location was for the road noise. It was quite loud on the weekends.

Spent a week at the house with good friends and family. We enjoyed everything the house had to offer. The accommodations were perfect for our group of 7. The inside of the house was beautifully decorated. Great kitchen, dining room and family room area - the shuffleboard was fun! Each bedroom had a TV and full bathroom. The deck upstairs was great to hang out and watch the sunset - plenty of space. The elevator was a nice touch and helped tremendously with carrying up groceries and luggage. It was nice to have a garage to park the car in. The short walk to the beach (less than 5 minutes) was amazing. The use of the bikes to ride along the boardwalk was great. The host, Tracey was amazing and very responsive! Getting to area attractions (water park, parasailing, jet skis, etc.) was easy and convenient. Anyone searching for a beach getaway will enjoy this house and everything it has to offer

The location was excellent, right in the middle of all the action. Property was clean, spacious and well maintained. Everything listed in the advertisement was there and usable. The elevator was a life saver for getting groceries to the kitchen! I really liked the fact the switches were labeled...sink light, fan, shower light, etc. The "welcome binder" in the kitchen was helpful and a nice touch for out-of-town visitors. They even have a buggy/cart to tote your stuff to the beach and back!!

We loved our stay at BeachVibes! It was close to the beach, a super-easy walk; right in the heart of downtown and walking distance to fantastic restaurants, coffee shops and bars. The property was super clean and comfortable; we loved the sofa area and open space kitchen, but also the way the bedrooms offered space away from folks for quiet and privacy. The shuffleboard and poker table came in handy for after kiddo-bed time fun! We also appreciated the elevator for lugging our bags and groceries up. In short, it was a perfect getaway and we were so grateful to Tracey for her wonderful hospitality! Thank you, and we hope to see you again soon.

We stayed here for 4th of July weekend. It was the best! The location of the home was perfect. We were able to walk everywhere in less than 10 min. We were 10 min drive from a ton of fun places. The home was super clean. Beds and pillows were comfy and clean. I honestly dont have a single complaint. The host was readily available any time I reached out for any reason. And allowed us to arrive hours before check in as the home was luckily ready early. I'd recomment this home 100%.

We came to Virginia Beach for a wedding and, instead of going to the host hotel for a couple of days, we decided to stay at a house that could accommodate our family so we could make a long weekend of it. Best decision ever - this place was a real find! The entire process went very smoothly. We quickly found the house on VRBO, and it was a perfect place for our extended family. And the elevator even allowed the grandparents of the bride to be with everyone and to fully enjoy their stay. The owner was very pleasant, easy to communicate with, and very helpful. The booking process was quick and easy. When we arrived, everything was ready to go. Check in was simple, the parking was very convenient, and the house was very clean and in excellent condition. We were able to just move in and start enjoying our stay. The rooms/bathrooms were all great and we were able to find the right room for everyone. Everything in the house was well stocked, and well presented. The 3rd floor living area and kitchen, and the 4th floor loft and deck were great places for our family to get together, and the surrounding area had plenty to see and do. It was also easy for everyone to split off and enjoy themselves thanks to the convenience of the beach and beachfront walk, and the local shops, restaurants and amusement park. And there were plenty of TV's, games, bicycles and even a tabletop shuffleboard table available for indoor fun and entertainment. When the time came, we didn't want to leave, and we look forward to the chance to re-book the next time we go to Virginia Beach!
