My family enjoyed our stay. The house was plenty big enough for 4 adults, and the location to Main Street was only 5 mins away.

We spent 2 nights here while visiting Fredericksburg -- easy access to the darling town and to all the wineries on 290. Bathrooms were good, great shower, well supplied. Good space to be together in the evening (we enjoyed the games along with our wine and cheese). Having more than 2 couples would be tough unless family to share the extra beds in the bedrooms. Thanks for a good stay.

The house was very nice. Beds were excellent. Very clean and inviting. Living room furniture looks great but not very comfortable. Very convenient to town and other attractions.

This home comfortably fit our family of five. We liked walking to Pickens Market and NobiliTea from the house. We probably could have walked to Main but chose to drive. However, there is one downside. Most of our crew is allergic to animals so this pet-friendly house was not ideal for us. There are many dog items in the home that we didn’t need but would be nice for someone visiting with a dog. Our favorite part of the home is the Wi-Fi, TV, and living room. They were perfect for family movie nights.

The house was great. The only problem we had was (I am assuming since it was a nest Vacasa kept changing the thermostat to 67 to heat. I am 61 my husband 65. 67 is not warm enough to keep these older bones warm. We had to keep adjusting it to 72 and 73. We didnt need it steamy just at least 72 until bedtime. Then 67 was okay but preferably 68. We would set it at 68 when we went to bed then it would be lower when we got up. Only complaint I had though. If you can handle it being cool it is absolutely perfect for a great vacation.

We enjoyed our stay. It's reasonably close to everything. The bedrooms are large. It's got a great back porch. Very clean. Beds were very comfortable. We did call the number provided to request firewood for the firepit per the instructions and never heard back.

Easy 15 minute walk to Main Street. Home was clean and comfortable. We were a little disappointed that the two bicycles had flat tires so we were unable to ride them. Overall, stay was perfect and would stay here again.

This house had spacious living areas, comfortable beds, and was walking distance to Main Street. The screened in patio and spacious yard would be great to enjoy in cooler temperatures! We enjoyed our stay!

House was nice and clean and within walking distance of main street. Nothing fancy about the home but it is priced right and served it's purpose especially since it is pet friendly. Only negative was the nest thermostat seemed to keep adjusting up which was a pain when it happened in the middle of the night. All in all we were happy and would stay here again...

Loved the location, accommodations, amenities. The place was quiet but neighbors were noisy. There was loose trash leftover from the previous guests and there were maggots on the trashcan.

The house was great for our group of 4 ladies in town for a girls' weekend. The kitchen had plenty of room and the living room was plenty spacious. The bathrooms were clean and both bedrooms had 2 queen beds in them. The four of us had plenty of room to move around and for all of our things. The back patio was very spacious and there's a fire pit out back.

Loved the place, the only issue was the temp was set at 76 degrees and we were unable to take it down. Not sure if it is adjustable but if it is, instructions to lower the temp should be posted above it. Sleeping was uncomfortable at 76 and we we unable to contact anyone to help us with the number we were given on a weekend

Great Place!
The house was very clean, easy to find and comfortable beds. We loved the screened in patio area and though we didn't use it, they had an outside firepit with plenty of seating. The dinning room table was great for board games we played and the neighborhood was quiet and the neighbors were friendly. check in and Check out was super easy and We would definitely stay there again!

Convenient to town and great for family
This house was 5 minutes to everything in downtown Fredricksburg. It was very clean, and had all we needed for a very comfortable stay. There were some thoughtful details --I appreciated the luggage racks in the master closet and phone charging station by the bed. We enjoyed our coffee on the screened in porch before enjoying getting to know the town. It was just my husband and I this time, but with 4 queen beds, we could easily bring our kids back to this property. The firepit and grill would be nice when the weather is cooler.

We stayed here for a girls trip and this house is definitely spacious. Bathroom and kitchen is outdated but yet still very clean. We loved the decor and the beds were comfortable. Make sure you bring your own coffee or you can walk or drive to a coffee shop (we drove). Our highlight of the stay was coming home from dinner and seeing about 6 deer in the front yard. Would highly recommend this property.

Great Stay
We had a great time. For me, the best part was the screened porch. It was windy while we were there, and it was great being outdoors without all the dust. The entire house was immaculately clean and very well stocked with any type of kitchen accessory you could want. The beds were very comfortable, and the shower water pressure was amazing. We definitely will be back

Great stay!
We really think this is one of the best places we have stayed!! We loved it! We sat around the fire pit with family that came to visit! It was so accommodating! Loved the board games and bikes!! Thank you for the great time!! Hope to be back!!
