I personally like this location, close to shopping and easy access to the beach. Have stayed in this complex before, but this unit is even closer to the beach, therefore more convenient. Appreciated the use of the available beach chairs. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Fabulous property to stay in for a wonderful week on Hilton Head Island. Less than 5 min walk onto the beach. Property was clean and comfortable with a very pretty beach theme. We loved it! Very well equipped with everything you would need. Really appreciated the essentials left for us! Coffee, sugar, salt, washing pods, washing up liquid and dishwasher tablets. Cathy, our host was easily accessible when we had a little query. Location to local amenities was great . Less than 15min walk to shops, bars and restaurants. Lovely pool straight from the patio doors. Great BBQ on patio that we made use of. Excellent supply of beach towels, Cabanas and trolly to transport your gear to the beach. Can’t find fault with this property. Would definitely recommend! 🙂

My family truly enjoyed our stay! Everything was provided. We brought way more than we needed, because Cathy has thought of it all! The property was wonderfully maintained, is exactly as shown in the photos, immaculate, quiet, POOLSIDE!, and so cozy. The pool is right outside your door and the beach is a very short walk. All amenities were considered and wonderfully provided! Cathy even provided excellent recommendations, including our dolphin sightseeing tour. (There was even a discount code provided for 10% off!) We would absolutely stay again. Lovely property, lovely communication with Cathy! ALL the stars!

This was a wonderful stay and perfect for my husband, me, and our 3 children ranging in age from 3-9. All of the extra things available to us came in handy! We loved access to the beach wagon.

Cathy is a very good host…pictures listed on VRBO site are very accurate. She checked in with us by texts a few times…that was a plus. Comfortable condo to share with friends but the two bedrooms are far enough apart to offer a lot of privacy…two bathrooms and TV In both bedrooms was nice. Well stocked pantry including coffee pods for Keurig. Outdoor patio is very nice with a pool view but we really enjoyed a very easy short walk to Caligny Beach with the beach chairs, umbrellas and a beach cart provided by the host. Impeccably clean condo. Great location for a fun stay in Hilton Head.

Nice property in an excellent location. As advertised just steps from the beach. Extremely clean condo and well stocked kitchen with appliances, cook and stem ware and condiments and other basics. The host, Cathy, was great to deal with. Very proactive and prompt in responding. Clear checkin and checkout instructions. Very positive experience.

Cathy was an amazing host, who thought of all the extras! Her condo was so well appointed with comfortable furniture, all of your necessary kitchen essentials and all the beach equipment you would need. So close to Caligny, you can walk to enjoy shopping and dining. Cathy was super responsive and went above and beyond to answer any questions we had prior to our stay and when we arrived at the property! We all had an amazing time!

Amazing time in HH for the holidays! Condo is wonderful, just a few steps from the beach. Well decorated and has everything you would need for a great vacation!

The listing is so accurate - a light, bright, spacious property, with the boardwalk to the beach just around the corner from the front door. Plush, plentiful seating in the living room allowed 4 adults to lounge easily. Comfy beds with extra blankets. Cooked several meals and found every single bit of kitchenware we needed. A 2 minute walk to the beach. And Cathy was always on top of communications.

Very clean and organized! Decorated beautifully and entire condo very light and cheery. Kitchen had everything needed to cook Thanksgiving meal. Very convenient beach access. Even though we did not use them, beach chairs and towels were provided. Would definitely stay again!

Great place to stay, pool and beach very close

The apartment had a ton of room and our family of six, ranging from one-year old to adult fit comfortably. The place was super clean and well stocked with all the essentials you would need for your stay. If you come with small kids bringing a noise machine is helpful, but not entirely needed because the apartment was surprisingly well sound proofed. The kitchen had everything you would need to do some light cooking for breakfast, lunch, and diner. The renter was incredibly professional and friendly, who makes sure the place feels as close to home as you can get while away. The location was great for both an easy two minute walk to the beach or a two minute drive to Coligny Plaza. The price per night was very fair for what you get in return. We will be staying here again the next time we go to Hilton Head.

We enjoyed our trip to Hilton Head. The house was very clean and comfortable. Everything needed was supplied. The location is close to beach, restaurants and shopping. We walked the beach each morning to eat breakfast. The host kept in touch with updates which is extremely helpful. Thank you for memorable trip.

First of all, this property is centrally located to anything you would want/need. Situated within walking distance to the beach, shops, and restaurants. Cathy went above and beyond in her communication and accommodations. Her rental is conveniently stocked and prepared for most everything you will need, including beach equipment, games, kitchen essentials, coffee, etc. I could not recommended this rental enough. We loved staying at this condo. Great location, easy access to the beach. Great communication with the host and loved all the little touches. You can tell that a lot of thought was put into all the details. We truly felt at home!

We had a wonderful stay at Cathy’s condo in HHI. The property was extremely clean and exactly as described. Wonderful amenities including a shaded pool, beautiful beach, and all of the gear needed to enjoy! It’s a smaller complex, so was very quiet. Cathy was a great host with fast and detailed communication. Property is convenient and walkable to restaurants. Two king beds is also a plus, and both rooms were spacious with nice closet space. One level living with plenty of seating. Definitely would recommend this property!
