We had a wonderful visit at this house for a family reunion! Both kids and adults loved the lily pad and swimming off the dock, and the area was very fun to explore for hiking and doing the Bridal Cave tour. It was a beautiful home that created a lot of ease with entertainment for a group of 8 adults and 4 kids!

Great location and communication was great, however for what you pay I would expect nicer quality. The beds and couches were very cheap/uncomfortable. The bathtub does have jets, however your can’t fill the water over the jets with hot water so if you want a lukewarm soak than no worries. Also basically our entire visit we could only use one sink in the master bathroom. As soon as we tried to use it water began pouring out from the bottom of the fabricated vanity. Had to scramble and find things to stop the water which was done. When letting the owner know they asked if I could do some troubleshooting which I did however when paying for a vacation you hope to not deal with this kind of stuff. In addition no offer of a partial refund or even apology for inconvenience.

Property was very spacious. Decks are great and plenty of them. Our favorite spot though is the dock. Plenty of flotation devices including a lily pad. Most importantly you can easily reach Jeanette. Thanks Jeanette for everything. Bill

Loved this location. Easy drive from 54. Was about 15 minutes to Osage Beach which was perfect. Super close to the Dam Shops. We enjoyed so much time on the swim dock. We watched a movie every night. Too warm for fire but it looked amazing. House was fully stocked with anything you could ever think of and labeled for easy location. So much wonderful space inside. Beautifully decorated. 2 refrigerators which was so handy! We stocked up and groceries with no concern for space. Just an absolute fabulous home!

We had such a great time for our girls trip. The neighbors were very welcoming and made the best spicy margaritas. The view of the lake was breath taking. The home was incredible clean and communicative with our host was very easy (the dehumidifier was leaking upon arrival and the host was very prompt in response and rectifying the issue) The kitchen was labeled so finding what we needed was incredibly easy. Ample room for several guests and the two Refrigerators is a Something every rental needs. The dock has floats and a lily pad that made laying in the water more relaxing.

Many thanks to the hosts of this great home! We were able to find many things to do nearby even in the spring when swimming in the last was not an option(too cold). The home was extremely clean and was fully stocked with all amenities labeled and organized. Looking forward to the next time we get to vist, hopefully later in the summer to experience the lake!

Our group of 12 ladies stayed here for a couple nights as a very chill “bachelorette” weekend for my sister - family-style meals around the table, visiting in the well stocked kitchen while making meals, movie nights, enjoying the water with the lily pad and inter tube, and watching sunrises from the dock with our coffee were all highlights, and the space was wonderful for us!! We had hopes of an evening around the fire pit making s’mores, but there were a bunch of mosquitoes out the night we had planned and no one wanted to brave the bugs, so we hung out inside playing board games instead:) Everyone enjoyed the spacious living room, TV, and electric fireplace for our movie night and visiting, and the bedrooms were comfortable and good space for all of us! The property is about a mile of rock road away from the paved roads, and all the roads in the area wind in and out of the rolling landscape - which is absolutely beautiful, especially as the leaves were just starting to turn colors for us, but the drive was a bit tough for some of our gals that struggle with motion sickness - just to be aware of. Even though the property is nestled in a quite cove and surrounded by nature, it’s only a short drive to restaurants, shopping, and activities (including kayak and paddle board rentals that we found at Paradise Marina for a morning adventure) across the dam and Osage Beach is also a quick drive! Overall, we all had a lovely time, and hope to come back again to spend more quality time together as friends! Thank you so much!!

My friends and I loved our stay here. The property manager left us a nice gift and was very descriptive with everything. The view was amazing. The dock had all of the necessary items to have a fun day at the lake (Lilly pad, tubes, floaties, etc. ). There was also plenty of space for everyone to spread out.

We stayed here with our adult children and their children. We had so much fun despite the heat. The house was perfect for us. The dock was perfect for hanging out and swimming. The location was so nice also. Shopping was 10-15 minutes away depending on your needs. Communication with Jeanette was always timely. I don’t know what we would change if we could.

This property was perfect for my bachelorette party! It was clean, super cute, the owners are SO nice, and the neighbors are amazing! Would stay here again and again.

The home was beautiful and stocked with everything you need for a vacation. The two refrigerators were a great addition! Location is convenient to stores, restaurants and necessities. Lily pad provided for swimming was a big hit with our family. Will definitely stay here again next year!!

This was a wonderfully spacious house with ample level parking and TWO fridges. The house is in an excellent location for shopping and has great lake access, perfect for swimming. Pictures don't do it justice. The hosts were very responsive and great to work with. Be sure to say hi to the neighbors.

Great house on the lake. Plenty of room, nicely appointed and having two kitchen fridges is fantastic. Dock was nice to swim off of, the I clouded lily pad was used a bunch.

We had an absolute blast staying at this property. The location is very accessible and has a lot of convenient things around it, the Boathouse Bar was a lot of fun. The house was just as described and pictured. We fully recommend this house. Would love to stay here again.

Great house for a family get together. We all came from different parts of the U.S. and met there. Every family group had there own bedroom and bath with a bedroom to accommodate the grandkids. Large kitchen table to hold our family meals and card games. Two fridges to hold everyone's needs and wants. Different levels were get for our son in law to have an area to do some work.Boat delivery was easy. Loved the Lilly pad. We will return.

This is a great house! Little touches like the s’mores kit, the wood readied for the firepit, the bag of ice in the freezer were all really nice surprises upon our arrival that allowed us to immediately begin enjoying our vacation. The house is well stocked, especially with kitchen equipment and gadgets. The dock is nice and easily accommodated our boat and made a great place for swimming and sunning. We will definitely try to book this house again!

Beautiful house! Updated interior and several seating/dining areas outdoors to view the water. We had fun fishing and making s’mores. We’d love to go back sometime soon!

We rented this house as a get away for the New Year. It surpassed our expectations on all levels. The communication was quick, the house is beautiful, super clean (even in all the kitchen drawers - super organized and neat). The house was perfect for our need as we were looking for a fire pit and outside space. The owners went so far as to cover the wood to make sure it didn't get wet (due to the time of year). And left us a s'mores goodie bag knowing we were interested in the fire pit. The interior and exterior of the house was immaculate! Perfectly decorated - they had Christmas decorations up for us. Made our stay even more enjoyable! The beds and linens were so comfortable- you felt like you were at home (even better). The kitchen was more than fully stocked. There was a full spice rack, they had flour, sugar, and olive oil - not just stuff left over from other renters. Their coffee bar was perfect, again provided all kinds of starter coffee's and tea's. I can't say enough about how perfect this house is as a home away from home. You will not be disappointed! Only draw back is the gravel road to the house was a little rough but that is not the owners fault. You quickly forget about the rough road the minute you step in the house! Don't delay - rent this house now and enjoy! We will definitely be back!

Spacious home. Large rooms and plenty of room for a large family. Excellent amenities. Conveniently located. Quiet street. We will be renting this location again.

Jeanette is great to work with and answers questions quickly. We love this home, the views are spectacular ! The home is clean and well set up- This was my second stay here, I will be back for sure!

Easy and effective communication with property manager, house was nice with great lake views and enjoyed the swimming dock very much. The only bad thing was there was a significant odor in the house which we thought was a dead animal but the odor dissipated during the day and was severe in the evenings and night. May have been sewage or septic or something like that.
