We had a great time and Fabian was excellent in his communication. The house is very clean, the kitchen decked out (even fresh eggs in the fridge and honey!), the bathrooms very modern and nice. The property is kept up very well. One should know that you need to pay extra fro swimming pool heating but that's obviously optional and was communicated clearly once we inquired. The property does sit on a main road and you do hear the cars but the landscaping is done so well that once there you don't sense you are near a big road. The only quibble we had was the outside furniture and cushions were pretty dirty/wet but it certainly didn't detract from a really nice get away. Would certainly recommend the house & property to others. Also, nearby a market with lots of fresh veggies/fruit/pastries.

We stayed at the rental for 1 day while we went to the Northfork wineries. The house had everything we needed. Worked out perfect. I would 100% recommend to someone looking to stay in the area. Spacious, Clean, and Beautiful space.

We were looking for a house to rent close to all the nofo activities in Long Island. We’re from the island but didn’t feel like driving home after a long day of pumpkin picking and the vineyards. This was a perfect house for us. The kids enjoyed the bunk beds and outdoor swing set. Fabian was very responsive. Overall great stay. Can’t wait to come back !

Had a great time at this marvelous property, conveniently located between the north and south forks of Long Island. House is impeccably well-kept, spacious, and modern. For example, the property manager was able to attend to our (in-ground) swimming pool needs remotely via WiFi controls, and made for a very nice, relaxing, and luxurious weekend out on the Island. Our weekend getaway was spontaneously and hastily arranged, as we only planned the trip late on a Thursday evening. And by mid-day Friday, we were able to work out the reservation details and arrangements with Fabian -- who was very attentive and responsive to all our inquiries. Once we got to the house on Saturday morning, property manager David made sure we were also well-cared for; and was also very courteous in addressing all our questions and random requests (for light controls, pool controls, etc.). Overall a great time for our family and friends who traveled with us. Only regret is that we didn't stay longer, as I'm sure we would've been able to enjoy the property even more. THANK YOU for sharing your lovely home with us! And for helping us make a spontaneous and last-minute weekend retreat be an amazingly memorable one.
