The house was perfect for a little get away for my husband, some friends and I. The beds were comfy, pool was amazing, we got some fishing in (caught lots of catfish but saw black drum right under the dock!) neighborhood was nice and quiet. Check in and out was super easy and our host Troy was very responsive. Would stay again!!

We spent 6 days here during spring break and had a fantastic time. My family loved hanging out by the pool and watching the canal. We also took several trips to fisherman’s village and the downtown area for shopping and restaurants. It was a bit of a drive to get to a Sandy beach but we aren’t big beach people so it was great for us. We were very impressed with the house and how modern, updated and beautiful it was. The pics on the listing are pretty accurate. The host was very responsive and went out of his way to make sure our stay went well. We will certainly look to come back in the future!!

We truly enjoyed our stay. The neighborhood was perfect for our young family of 4. Quiet, safe, and also very close to a wide range of activities. The pool was a big hit with our girls as they spent most of their time in it. This was our first time to Punta Gorda and I have to say it met all of our expectations. I highly recommend booking with Troy, we didn't want to leave!

Stayed here for a month. Loved the neighborhood and beautiful finishes of the home. Spacious and nicely renovated interior, beautiful pool and patio. Loved the bikes and fishing gear! Some issues with ants in kitchen, dirty dishes in cabinet, low quality bed linens and weak AC in some rooms. Property owner was attentive and helpful with most issues. Overall a decent and comfortable retreat, great for families.

Visited the area to visit our infant grandson. We wanted a family friendly meetup house to be able to spend time comfortably with a little baby by day and big family meals and chill time. This house met every mark:) The ping pong table was a huge hit! The owner was awesome and so friendly!

In general very nice stay. We had a couple of technical glitches but the owner responded instantly and everything was fixed.

Excellent host communication. The property was in outstanding condition. The beds in 2 BRs were comfortable (didnt use the third). The street was quiet but close to shopping and restaurants. We really enjoyed the heated pool and despite the rainy week, really enjoyed our getaway.

The house is spectacular, the owner is easy to contact and responds very quickly. This property has everything you need and more.

Our recent stay in Punta Gorda was amazing! Troy was so easy and flexible to work with. We walked to the Peace River center, rode bikes to Fishermans village and to check out Sunseeker resort. While the photos of the house are a fairly accurate depiction of what it looks like on the inside; the owner of this rental is far from being hospitable. In fact, I found him to be offensive, and very condescending to us. At times it felt like he was “scolding” us for example for not contacting him to let him know that we left early on our last day (3:00 am) so he could send his cleaning crew in early. We rented and paid for an 11:00 am checkout time… bring your clean crew in then. By the way, please let them know all the fans have a ton of dust, the divisions on the sofa are full of hair and dust, the toilets do not flush well, with very light water pressure, and those little tiny ants are everywhere in this house. I guess it’s not so “ immaculate” clean after all. There are plenty of very nice homes in Punta Gorda isles with hosts that are way more accommodating. Unfortunately, this one was a huge miss for us.

I could not have been happier here! Everything down to the smallest detail was thought of for guest convenience and comfort. A beautiful, sparkling clean home and pool area in a gorgeous, quiet neighborhood within a 5 minute drive to downtown. I will definitely plan to book here again on my next trip to Punta Gorda! Everything you could possibly need and more. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay while checking out possible surrounding areas for retirement. Not gonna lie, the ping pong table may have been our favorite part! Thank you to Troy. Highly recommend.

The house and property was beautiful. We enjoyed the open floor plan and the kitchen was spectacular. The pool was very nice and refreshing. We loved the area and the local restaurants. Hope to come back in the future.

This house, pool, and yard are beautiful and have everything you need for your stay. There is everything provided to go to the beach, multiple bikes, kayaks, fishing poles and coolers. The location is great to drive to the beaches, restaurants and shopping. The host is easy to get ahold of and very helpful and prompt. We thoroughly enjoyed our family week long vacation.

We loved our stay at Troy's beautiful home. We especially loved the pool and the kitchen areas. We certainly hope to be back in the future.

We are a couple in our mid 70s, and we truly appreciate Troy’s patience and assistance in helping us acclimate to the new property. The covered pool area made it possible for us to enjoy all of our meals outdoors. The kitchen was very modern, and well-stocked. The location was ideal as we were only five minutes from fisherman‘s Village and less than 10 minutes from the center of town and all those wonderful restaurants. It was owing to Troy‘s accessibility to assist us with any questions that we had that made us book our reservations for the same time next year as soon as we returned to our home. Once again, thank you, Troy!

This property was everything you could want to relax and enjoy. Close to great shops, Fisherman Village and restaurants. Troy (Host) was great and very responsive to any question. Pool was heated and beautiful. Kitchen was fully stocked. Everything was top notch. So many extras that made our stay perfect.
