This is the 4th property we have stayed at in Smyrna over the past 2 years and is definitely the best! Very clean, everything we could need for a stay and Ebony was great at responding to inquiries. We could not have been happier about our choice of homes! It was very convenient to everything we had planned. The house was immaculate and very comfortable. The owner was readily available and quick to respond. The neighborhood was quiet, so we had a good nights sleep. We would definitely stay there again!

My fiancé and I stayed here recently on a trip to visit his teenage daughters. The place was clean and is in a great location. It was perfect for the four of us to each have enough space and privacy. Neighborhood was nice and very quiet. Will definitely look to stay here on future trips.

We really enjoyed our short stay at this property. The access to the home was so easy and I really appreciated that. The neighborhood was great, clean and close to everything we needed. The home itself was wonderful, and the perfect size for our needs. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything you need to cook and there were also basic spices available. If I travel to Atlanta in the future, I will look to stay at this property again.

The rental is your perfect place to stay if visiting Atlanta. Only couple miles from Truist Park. Neighborhood is gorgeous and very upscale. One block away very nice park where we had a wiffle ball game and enjoyed the swings. Loved all mature trees in neighborhood. All the comforts of home. Spacious with nice kitchen to do meals and quiet neighbors all around.

Our host was helpful and answered any questions I had quickly. The property was beautiful and so clean! The washer and dryer and complementary coffee was a big plus for us! My kids had plenty of room to play. We will be staying here again if needed in the future. A+++

Ebony’s place was great, beautifully decorated and in a GREAT neighborhood! My family enjoyed our stay. The only thing that was a problem is I’ve never staid where there wasn’t many dishes/cookware to accommodate with cooking but we worked it out and made the best of it. But overall we had a awesome time!!!!

My wife and our two college-aged kids met in Atlanta for a relaxing Thanksgiving holiday. This rental was perfect for us. It was clean and close to everything we needed. (Publix grocery was very close - less than 1.2 miles I think. We went to a movie theatre and went on a hike at a local park.) It also was close to restaurants we enjoyed. Our host, Ebony, could not have been nicer or more responsive if we needed anything. If we return to Atlanta, we would stay here again without hesitation.

The location was conveniently located near food, grocery stores and so forth. The neighborhood is very quiet and we felt safe. Ebony was responsive to any questions that I had. We stayed at Ebony's townhouse for 5 nights with our young adult daughter and teenage son. Our son was playing in a major tournament in the greater Atlanta area. It was so nice to return to the townhouse each day. It had a lovely, subtle smell and was all neat and tidy. It is set up so cute with a nice place to sit and relax and watch squirrels frolic outside. It is in a historic district so my daughter and I went for a walk and discovered a cute little park a couple of blocks up the street. We decided to try out the swings. It had been a long time since we had both been on some swings. Ebony was very prompt getting back to me and a great communicator before our arrival and throughout our stay. Having a full size washer and dryer to keep uniforms clean was definitely a bonus!! That washer was fantastic! Thank you for letting us stay at your lovely place. :)
