We were very happy with this unit and would definitely stay here again. Clean, beds comfortable and great balcony overlooking the ocean. Loved being able to walk everywhere in Folly for meals.

This property is just as wonderful as the advertisement. Our host was exceptionally prompt in responding to our questions. Easy check in and out! The views!!! This was our 2nd year staying in this condo and we can’t wait until next year!

Loved the decor and that each bedroom has its own bathroom. Condo is also stocked with extras- board games, beach chairs, boogie boards, sand toys. The owner also responded very quickly to all requests. Will definitely plan to return to Oceanfront Dream!

We have stayed at Thales condos many times, this is by far nicest unit!

This condo is a great location right on Folly Beach. We didn't need a car to get to restaurants/bars, etc. We had 6 adults and the 4 bedrooms & baths worked perfectly for our group. Sarah was also very responsive to any questions we had.

Amazing views of the ocean. Master shower bathroom fixtures desperately need to be replaced. Kitchen drawers were a wreck. Basic knife set was absent. But we were there for the ocean :)

Our family prefers to go to the beach where there aren’t massive crowds. Folly Beach is the perfect mix of just enough commercialization that there are a few good restaurants/shops within walking distance, but not falling into “tourist trap” status. This keeps the crowds at a comfortable level. Charleston Oceanfront Villas is our favorite place to stay. This is the third time we’ve stayed in the Villas, but the first time in this particular condo. This condo was beautifully furnished, well decorated, in the perfect location, and CLEAN! The beds were comfortable, the balcony had a perfect view, and the kitchen had everything we needed to do breakfast and lunch in the condo. We couldn’t have asked for a better setup for our family to enjoy. I wouldn’t hesitate to book this condo again!

This property is beautiful!! It is a great location and the views from the porch make it special for all ages. It was such a well stocked condo with chairs, toys and games. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you would need!! Can’t wait to rent this property again!!

7 nights with 2 kids, 2 kids in laws a 5 yo and a 3 yo. Unit view, 4 Br and 4 Baths worked out great. Complex was conveniently located near pier, shopping and restaurants. Furnishings and maintenance was adequate, but we left owner a list of several items that needed attention.

This was our 2nd stay in this unit. As soon as we got home last year, everyone said to go ahead and book for this year. As we were leaving this year, they said the same thing! Our family consists of a few 60+, a couple of 30 somethings and 2 children (6 & 9). The floor plan with a bathroom for each bedroom is perfect.

Everything went great. Owner communicated immediately. Lovely furnishings. Location right in town is great for restaurants and pier. Must go VERY early to eat or 2 hr wait.

The accommodations were top notch and the location was perfect for walking everywhere!

This place is super clean with updated finishes & beautifully decorated. Very stylish. Beachfront view is impeccable. Conveniently located to everything in Folly on foot. Owners are very kind & responsive. Our family loved it! A++ Five stars!

The condo was beautiful. Great location with a gorgeous ocean view. There was plenty of space for 2 families. The owner was quick to respond to and fix a minor issue. We really enjoyed our stay and would love to go back.

One of the best VRBO experiences ever and we owned one for many years!

We just returned from a six night stay in Folly Beach. The condo is in a great location, right on the beach and a short walk to town, with easy parking on site. The view was amazing and we had more than enough space for our family of four. Sarah was great with answering my questions ahead of time and check-in process was simple. Plus the bottle of wine was a nice touch to welcome us upon arrival. Thank you!

Sarah is a wonderful host! She was always prompt with communication and she takes excellent care of her beautiful condo! This was our first time visiting Folly Beach and it’s seriously the cutest little beach town! Everything is in walking distance! Highly recommend The Lost Dog Cafe for breakfast/Brunch and you need a latte and blueberry muffin from there- It’s a must! Charleston is super close and we spent the majority of our time there exploring and taking all the tours! Definitely will be coming back to Sarah’s condo when we make it back to South Carolina. 🙂

I simply cannot say enough about this incredible property!!! The location, view, cleanliness, promptness of owners’ responses, was hands down the best VRBO we have dealt with! Do yourself a favor and BOOK THIS LOCATION!!

We have stayed in this complex 3 times in the past and this unit is by far the nicest. The photos really don’t do it justice! We stayed over Christmas and we were very happy to see a beautifully decorated tree in the dining area. There were burst water pipes on Christmas morning in the parking area. I notified Sarah and repair people were on the way immediately. She is a very responsive host. We would definitely choose Oceanfront Dream again!

We had a great time. Awesome place. Want to stay again but just for vacation. Wedding are stressful. Lol.

This property had everything you could want for a beach condo. Right on the beach. A bathroom in every bedroom. Sarah was spot on for any questions we had. Easy access to many sites. Beautiful-fully equipped-best beaches We are 8- year olds at our yearly get together, my group continued praise of me for finding such a great place was nice for me. Every year someone finds our next vacation and this was a great find. Bill

What a wonderful property! Everything was clean, well appointed, and just perfect for our family vacation. The condo is in a prime location for everything! Sarah was a great host and very quick to reply throughout the entire process. 10/10 and would recommend it to anyone looking for great ocean views, easy beach access, and proximity to all the stores, restaurants, and bars Folly has to offer.

My husband and I have rented beach condos in The USA, the Caribbean, Mexico, Portugal among others. Most were fine but did not always live up to the on line photos or the description. This one was everything the pictures showed it to be and more. Many of these vacations were family trips as was this one and everyone agreed that this one topped the list. The condo is spacious and the deck and view are amazing. There were six adults. We had plenty of room and never felt cramped. It was two blocks from the town so no need for a car except to get groceries. It’s right on the beach so easy access. We definitely would rent again! We loved every minute of our stay! The owner is also very quick to answer any questions or provide information.
