Nice, clean house. Great kitchen and sheets!

Contacted the host through Vrbo and his personal number listed near the fridge. Host has a tenant living downstairs and just about every 2 hours the smell of weed travels through the vents. Contacted the host and no reply. I was here with my pregnant wife, 5 year old and 1 year old.

Me and my three daughters stayed at this lovely home for the Music Midtown Music Festival in Piedmont Park. The Location was fantastic. (Uber $10 ride ). We loved it. Not to mention this home sits in the middle of everything you could possibly need. Grocery stores and restaurants in both directions. It was a rainy weekend and needed rainboots for our festival and was easy fix . Shopping center maybe a mile or so up the road. The home was very roomy, nicely decorated , all the amenities. Kitchen was beautiful and the island proved to be our gathering spot. TV’s we’re equipped with all the programming and channels we could ask for . Now about the back yard. Omg!!! I felt like I was at a mountain resort. The trees , the beautiful Elephant ears , flowers , and even two bridges over a little water drainage was amazing photo opportunities. The deck extends the the length of the house equipped with a nice family sized picnic table we put to good use. The owner was very accommodating and a super nice man. I made a little mistake and he helped me to solve this issue and I was so very thankful. We love music festivals and will definitely be staying here again in the future . Definitely our favorite by far

We were visiting our son and his family in Decatur and found this well-stocked home to base ourselves as we visited family that lived 10/15 minutes away.

My family and I stayed here while our son participated in a baseball tournament and it was a perfect spot for us. Close to all the highways, close to fantastic restaurants, and close to lots of fun things to do. The house itself had everything we needed and more. We felt at home while we there…would definitely stay again if we go back to the Atlanta area!

The property was clean, comfortable and as described. It’s located on a busy street but once you are inside the house you forget it’s in a busy area. Grocery store and pancake house were close by which was nice for us. The backyard was beautiful but, given that it rained most of the time we were there, we didn’t get to enjoy it as much as we wanted. Maybe next time.

Our family really enjoyed our stay here. The property manager was easy to connect with and informative. If we come back to Atlanta we will definitely be trying to stay here again.

Definitely one of the nicer rentals in which I've stayed. Large, clean, well-furnished rooms, great attention to detail. The backyard is large and beautiful and the deck is equally spacious. The kitchen is well equipped and the location is convenient to Emory. The only drawback I would note is that there are 3 bedrooms and only 1 bathroom. That may or may not be a problem but it's worth being aware of.

House's location is great , with easy access to highways and main roads, well equipped with everything you need and more.. Backyard is great.

Michael was an excellent host. He provided checkin information early and was available during visit to answer questions. The house was well stocked and exceptionally clean. The only concern was it was not the whole house as listed (and which we prefer), rather there was a long term tenant parked and staying at the property.

The home is spacious and well appointed. The patio and backyard are beautiful. A very relaxing and comfortable place to stay. Would definitely stay again when in the area.

This location is everything the inside of the home is very clean and homey I love the backyard it's spacious and takes me to nature and privacy what recommend to anyone if it's available book it

Really enjoyed our stay at this house. We traveled with our baby and the manager made all the arrangements we needed (crib, high chair, etc.). The pictures don’t do this place justice! Much larger in person.

Four of us stayed here for a wedding in downtown Atlanta. The house and yard are beautiful and spacious. The beds are incredibly comfortable and the shower was especially luxurious. We’d definitely stay here again!

This property was comfortable, modern and clean. The deck and the manicured back yard was lovely. The shower was very nice, the bed was comfortable and the location was convenient. This home appears exactly as pictured online. The host is responsive and kind. The only issue I encountered was based on the description at the time of booking, I was unaware that there was an additional unit downstairs. This ended up not being too much of an inconvenience as I only heard the individual beneath me a handful of times. If staying in this area I would definitely recommend this home.

My husband, my two daughters and I had a wonderful time at this lovely property located in the very convenient Buckhead area. The house is very clean, nicely decorated and stocked with all the items you will need during your stay. Our favorite aspects of this charming house is the extremely convenient location in the Buckhead area and a great deck with a table and chairs so guests can enjoy the good weather and the lovely back garden. My family will definitely stay at this charming in Atlanta for future visits. Everything shown in the listing is accurate.

Beautiful property with awesome yard! Nice living space plenty of room. 20mins from the georgia aquarium and 20mins from stone mountain, it's the perfect medium. Will be back. Property owner had great restaurant recommendations as well
