Customer service was great but the first room I had had mold they moved me in another room it was ok. Supposedly they are under renovations..

Our shower in our room, the water hardly came out and it was a strange thing going on with the floor of the shower. He felt like a very bad renovation. The floor looked like it was cut or took out the drain and made a new one that very noisy at the front of the shower. Whoever did the renovation was not good. The hotel just looked very old no updates but minor. The carpet and all the decor was from when they built this hotel. The room was $140 no way I would pay that much for what I got in the room. The bed was very comfortable. The room was small.

Bathroom: mold, peeling or chipped paint, permanently stained toilet, hair, celing needs repairing. I have pictures.

Paid for 3 Roma got the key for only two rooms bathroom in my room did not have toilet paper and the toilet was clogged and the sink was clogged. Obvious paint peeling on ceiling over the shower

I’ve stayed at numerous Doubletree Hotels in the past and have always been offered cookies however I didn’t see cookies or was I offered cookies. I told my daughter how wonderful the cookies were at the hotel so it was a bit of a nostalgic let down. The parking lot was packed and had some shady characters hanging outside both nights we stayed. At Check in we witnessed an argument with an angry guest and had to wait and listen to the dispute which was ugly and left me feeling sorry for the gentleman working behind the desk but frustrated because it was late and I truly just wanted to check in and get some rest. The lobby was very nice, the room was dated and the couch was dirty with a tear in the fabric. Looks like the hotel is in the middle of a remodel I obviously was on a floor that had not been remodeled yet. The hotel was clean though and linens and towels were nice. The pillows were small and flat. The room itself was very clean. The location was near the city however construction was a mess and the road leading to the hotel was rough. The area the hotel was located in was not the best but worked. Check out was smooth!

Property is very outdated. My AC wasn’t working properly. The refrigerator did not work and smelled horrible. The ice maker on my floor was also broken. The lock on the door did not work and I really had to slam the door to get it to close. Sofa had bleach stains and the bees made a lot of noise just from getting in and out. The curtains would not close and a spot light from the pool was pointed directly at my window. Hotel was understaffed and I ended up checking out early.

The noise from the highway disturbed our sleep. Windows were not tight and there was gap.

Hated the hotel was dirty towels stained bed sheets stained smelly

Bathroom was not clean. Staff was friendly.

Construction Insane very crowded. And In the evening, Main road closed due to construction. It’s hard to find the hotel entrance.

The hotel and staff were excellent especially the front desk Nakita. The only thing wih the room itself was the toilet it was extremely too too low to the ground. The draw back to the outside of the Hotel was the construction. It took over 30-45 minutes to actually get to the hotel due to construction. This should have been relayed to the guest at booking.

Convenient to what I needed and priced right

Stay there with my husband from the 27 through the 30th for our one year wedding anniversary hotel check-in was extremely difficult girl at the front desk didn't act like she knew what she was doing we had paid in advance she tried to charge us for our state upon checking ice machines did not work room was in good condition no complaints there

The property was convenient to where I needed to be and at a decent price point. However, the rooms are in disrepair. My room at water stsins on tthe ceiling, cracks and stains on the wallpaper, and stains on the side of the mattress I discovered the day I left. You can only set the air down to 68 and it doesnt get to 68.

Road construction at this area around hotel makes it hard to get into. The construction has roads shut down, detours and traffic congestion a nightmare trying to get to hotel. You don't get second chances in Atlanta's traffic.

It’s ok place don’t expect a super friendly Staff just normal doing there job for a paycheck The place is old but they try to make it look good as much as they can or know Over all it’s ok

Sink and tub has very poor drainage. I was in ankle deep water just for the shower to run - which didn’t run as efficiently as it should have as the faucet was still running at the same time as the shower was. The hot water ran when the handle was on the cold side and vice versa.

Two of the days we stayed there housekeeping didn’t even come and clean our room. We had to call and ask for fresh towels. House phone didn’t even work, had to call the hotel from our cell phone The room smelled like mold, air conditioning made a dripping sound 24-7 We asked for assistance but got nothing We left early from our hotel And went to stay somewhere else

It was located near different store, small drive to convenient stores, it would be better when construction is done but overall really really amazing stay would definitely stay here again!! :)

Rooms were incorrect - we had two rooms with 3 people in each room with 1 bed. We booked rooms with 2 queen beds which were given away. Hotel was filthy- hair all over the bathroom.

Props to the staff-they were very courteous and professional...unfortunately, there wasn't enough of them (severely understaffed)-had a 45 min wait to check-in because the front desk clerk had to finish cleaning rooms...again, NOT a criticism of the staff, but management NEEDS to hire more people!
