Wonderful. Very comfortable and clean. Front desk was super nice and accommodating. Pool area on roof very relaxing. Have been before and will return. Very spacious unit. Could use a few more coffee cups, knives and hooks for towels.

Clean hotel next to the beach

This is a gem of a property. It's steps from the beach and has lovely views. The unit was exactly as described. We rented a two bedroom unit with 2.5 baths. The staff are friendly and helpful. The location is terrific. It's a short walk to lots of restaurants and activities, but not in the thick of things that would be noisy. We have minor suggestions to make the rooms even more comfortable. -Hairdryer in each of the full baths (there is only one in the main bathroom) -Install a full length mirror -The main bedroom has a door to the balcony which was great but needed something that shades the room at night. There is only a sheer on the window. The property is clean, newly renovated, and the beds are very comfortable. We would stay again!

Check in was quick. The properly is perfectly situated a short walk from hustle and bustle which was nice. The beach is gorgeous and a perfect sunset every night from the large patio. Everything was clean and property well-maintained. Bedrooms are large, kitchen very nice with a large island.

Staff communication was great and helpful! I love the feel of a condo but the attention (towels, coffee, soap, garbage bags, etc.) of a hotel. Great location on the beach too!

Rooms were immaculate and loved that property provided tide pods and dishwasher detergent. Beautiful view and very peaceful

Very nice and clean

The place couldn't be better located. Not right in the middle of the uzz of clearwater beach but close enough to where a 2 block walk had me in the shops for anything I needed. The check-in was super easy and even got great recommendations for dinner. The staff was super friendly. My only complain, if any, is that the place is advertised as if you are literally walking out of the condo and you are at the beach. Maybe I didnt read it correctly but that's what I understood. There are no condos at this resort that are ground level. All condos start are in the 4th floor and above. Also, the pictures make it seem like the umbrellas, chairs, and any other beach equipment is already at the beach. That is not correct. All of the equipment is in the resort and you carry it to the beach. Again not a huge deal but if you have little kids or have no beach umbrella skills, you may be trying to set up for a little while. Either way, it was a short walk to the beach and my family and I enjoyed our stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The property was bright, spacious, clean and had beautiful views. Parking was convenient. We appreciated having free use of beach chairs and umbrellas. The property sits right next to the beach and the access couldn’t be any easier. We would definitely recommend the property.

The condo looked just like the pictures! We were literally steps away from the beach. This was probably one of the cleanest places we have stayed and Karen at the front desk was so helpful and nice.

We loved almost everything about this! The property was very nice and clean. There was unfortunately a red tide happening that no one mentioned… we just had to figure it out … so that was weird. And the bartender at the pool was pretty rude, but we got past that. Other than that it was lovely!

The condo was roomy, clean and functional. The balcony view to the beach was wonderful. The walk to the beach was less than 5 minutes. The staff was professional and friendly. My group was impressed.

Great place to get away to enjoy the beach and the sunset. The condo offered a great view and was very clean. Given the price, there were a few disappointments. The pool is VERY small and on the opposite side of ocean with very few seats. I would not swap a beach day for a pool day at this location. There were quite a few rules as well. You can’t bring your own bottle of water to the roof top and you have to ask the front desk for more cleaning coffee, toilet paper, etc…. There are several options along that strip with a better pool and more friendly culture with an even better view. Lastly, the family room furniture was very uncomfortable and no extra blankets for a cozy night at home. It is beautiful… just pricey for the amenities

The unit that we were given was not what we had booked. After three days, we were moved to the correct unit. All good after that.

We had a good experience at the Avalon. The staff was wonderful, especially Karen at the desk who kindly helped us jump start our rental car on 2 separate days!! We loved the location as it isn't in the busiest part of the beach but still close enough to everything. The gym and rooftop bar are nice amenities as well as easy access to the beach chairs, umbrellas and towels.

Beautiful accommodation which was very clean and spacious!!

The Avalon Club was a great place to stay. The staff was all very friendly and helpful! It was easy to walk to the beach with great restaurants and shopping close by. It was clean and had everything we needed. The only thing that bothered me was the pictures in the listing were not the actual unit we got. The unit we got was still nice just wasn't as nice as what was pictured. Also, it did not say that we were on a lower unit and the pictures showed a view from an upper unit. Overall I would stay here again!

I can't say enough wonderful things about this rental! From answering my questions before we arrived to the final goodbye when we checked out it was a fabulous experience! The condo was so much bigger than we expected and extremely clean. The view from our balcony was spectacular! We debated on renting a car but we are so glad we didn't because everything was within walking distance. The staff are amazing! They were all extremely helpful and so friendly! The extra amenities were a happy surprise. The beach supplies were excellent, the kids loved making sand castles. I can't recommend this place enough and can't wait to go back!!

We had a great week, great condo and location.

I took my family of 4 for a 6 night stay at the Avalon and the accomodations exceeded expectations. The staff was incredable, friendly, helpful, and on call 24 hours. The suite was beautiful, super clean, spacious, and offered everything you want from a condo rental with the added bonus of housekeeping and hotel ammenties. You are steps away from the beach and right on the main strip of Clearwater Beach so there is a lot in walking distance. I would gladely return for another vacation.

We absolutely loved this location. We brought our 3 boys for a weekend away. Right on the beach, walking distance to everything! Beach chairs, toys and umbrellas easily accessible for free! Sunsets were beautiful! 5 star stay!

Great location, and clean condo. Appreciate access to beach chairs, umbrellas and chairs. Highly recommend it. Only two issues: the central air unit is right next to master and turns on and off continuously during the night. It is loud. And the front desk was not given the username and password for the complimentary Spectrum TV channels so they could not log our tvs into it. Simple fix for this one.

Property was amazing, more of a modern style place. We loved the room and the cleanliness of it. Pictures were accurate and would definitely come back. Loved the short walk to the beach and how they had a process to check in and out chairs, umbrellas, beach toys and towels to head to the beach. The staff was very friendly.
