This is the perfect place for two families. We love the three bedroom option. It’s nice to have something on the beach that could accommodate both families. The property was very clean. The pool is small, but really nice. We enjoyed having all the beach and pool toys provided for us. The small bar on the fifth floor next to the pool was an added bonus. All of the staff were excellent. Very friendly.

This is our 2nd time staying in this building. We stayed the same week (school mid-winter break) last year. The building is right next to the beach with easy access. The building management is exceptional. Very accommodating and responsive prior to and during our stay. They were able to provide early check-in following a red-eye flight. They provide beach towels, chairs, umbrellas for the beach at no charge. We traveled with a group of 17 year-old boys who made good use of the gym on site. The building is located on the northern end of the tourist area. There are many restaurants/bars/shops within a 5-10 minute walk. The condo unit has a big kitchen and living room area which was convenient as we ate most of our meals in the condo. The rooms and common area were clean and everything was working as expected. A few items to mention for awareness. 1. There is not a view from the balcony. We had read the reviews so were not surprised but you are staring at a wall and I feel this should be clearly called out to avoid any disappointments. 2. The A/C & heater unit is in a closet in the master bedroom and is quite noisy when it kicks on. (It works very well and temp will change quickly when you initiate a heating or cooling cycle.) 3. The master bedroom shares a wall with the gym. You can hear the weights dropping starting at about 9:00 or 9:30 AM so not ideal if you are trying to sleep in. We weren't so it was not an issue for us.

Booked this hotel for a large group. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The customer service experience was more than I would expect. Hotels were clean and had basic supplies. Was right next to the beach and they even gave toys for the kids to bring to the beach. 10/10 would come back over and over

The condo itself was spacious and clean but it definitely was not on the beach. Our view was a brick wall. If you are looking for a condo with an ocean view this was not the one.

Very clean and great location

Overall it is a nice place. There was no view of the beach. Actually the views were of another building 5 ft away. The balcony was blocked by next door building. Also, one bedroom had the a/c unit that kicked in constantly throughout the night while trying to sleep. Also no hangers and one bedroom had no closet. On the positive side, check in was very pleasant. Kudos to Cassie! She could train for customer service. She was a gem. Also, there was coffee available anytime. All 3 bedrooms had a nice tv and comfortable beds. The kitchen was well furnished and nicely decorated. The location was pretty good, could walk to nearby bars and restaurants.

In walking distance to shops and food, beach access is right outside. The unit we stayed in seemed to have warm water but not hot. That is my only complaint. Everything else was perfect. I didn’t complain about the water not being hot because it wasn’t a dealbreaker for me but I’m sure other people may have issues with it and I’m also sure management will take a look at it after this review, but they were great. The property was amazing. will definitely stay here again

The condo was clean and very spacious. It was perfect for a girls trip but this particular unit did not have a partial ocean view as described.

Big apartment. We enjoyed very much the apartment and its very close to the beach.

First, I want to start by saying, all of the staff were very friendly and helpful with each interaction. The lobby smells amazing, the entire building is spotless, and we love the more quiet North end location which is still easy walking distance to everything we want. Would definitely recommend and would certainly stay again!

This was our third annual vacation to Clearwater Beach and this time we needed 3 bedrooms so family could join us. We loved the cleanliness of the suite and the staff were great. We also loved the access to chairs and umbrellas and the short walk to the beach.

The property itself was very nice and extremely clean. Right on the beach and the use of beach chairs and towels was very convenient. Location is okay. Easy walking distance to many restaurants and bars. The room was beautiful 2.5 baths and 3 bedrooms. Very large kitchen and spacious living room. The kitchen needs more cookware. We had a stove but no pan to even cook an egg. The reason I gave this 3 stars was because of the description on VRBO. We thought we were getting a condo with a king bed in one room and two twin beds in another room. In those rooms we had a queen in each. We also thought there was a balcony with a partial view of something (we knew it wasn’t ocean view). We had a balcony but it faced a residential building. So our view was a stucco wall. Thankfully no one was in residence that we could tell as there isn’t any privacy. When we approached the manager of the hotel she was not helpful at all. We asked for some sort of monetary compensation because we couldn’t be moved and she declined stating that we booked a room with a standard view. Nowhere did that standard view description say “no view” or “obstructed”. Very misleading and we paid quite a bit of money for 4 nights. Because of this I think 3 stars is fair.

Great place to stay, very clean and friendly. Could walk anywhere you wanted to enjoy a great meal, drink and views. Beach chairs and towels provided was a great perk. Pool was smaller than anticipated, but nice to have available.

This unit is very clean, the entire facility is clean and bright and welcoming! Karen at the front desk is wonderful! Housekeeping very responsive. Wonderful stay!

We stayed in a 3 bedroom suite which was an ideal space for 3 couples. It was ready upon our arrival, clean, and all amenities listed were available. 5th floor roof-deck/pool was a great location to watch the evening sunsets. Easy walking distance to area restaurants too. Would definitely stay here again in the future.

Great building and apartment set up. Some units are a little older so just be aware when booking. The pool is a little strict but otherwise had a wonderful stay.

The process was easy and we were able to check in a bit early. We had plants of room and enjoyed ourselves.
