The house was exactly as described. It was spacious, beautiful, and clean. Truly serene!

This property was great! It was plenty of space and the outside deck areas were fantastic for relaxing and hanging out. The rooms were big and the beds were comfortable. We played and fished on the dock for hours! David was extremely responsive and the place was everything we were hoping for and more!

We had a great weekend with family. The perfect place to relax and unwind.

Property was perfect. Wonderful peaceful location with lots of amenities. House well stocked and David very attentive and quick to answer questions and assist us. Would highly recommend!

Our stay was wonderful. I liked the split levels of the house and all the different seating options outside. The property was very nice and clean. The bar/entertaining area on the bottom floor was my favorite and was just steps away from the hot tub and fire pit outside. We didn't use the hot tub this stay but the water was clear and clean if we had decided to. I also enjoyed having the kitchen/ living area and master bedroom together on the 2nd floor. We spend alot of time down at the dock fishing. We didnt catch anything but we enjoyed the peacefulness and views of the water. We also rented a boat and came back and docked for a short time while we ate lunch. Highly recommend this property. I will say It May not be ideal for small children and people with weight or knee issues due to the amount of steps and incline from the dock...there are alot of them! This was not an issue for us because it was an adult getaway but just giving feedback to maybe help someone who is looking into this home for their next vacation/getaway

David was very nice and responsive with any requests I made. The house and space is beautiful. Our family really enjoyed ourselves thanks David for accommodating our family

Beautiful house, lots of amenities, super-nice host.

This property was very nice, and the inside was very clean. We swept away many cobwebs on the decks closest to the house so we weren't constantly walking into them. There are a LOT of steps, not just going from deck to deck, but going down to the dock and lake. Several family members enjoyed using the kayaks, and several enjoyed the hot tub. We enjoyed playing foosball, and the kids loved playing Nintendo games. We also enjoyed helping the kids try to fish off the dock (the kids insist there are no fish in the lake ... ha!). We had some quality family time and enjoyed our stay. David was a great host.

The house had plenty of room. We enjoyed the giant Jenga and kayaks and the nice large hot tub. Only negatives was that the house sort of smelled like mothballs and some of the outside decking felt a little wobbly. The outdoor gazebo and grills were great along with the awesome fire pit.

Host was very easy to communicate with and answered questions promptly. Prior to our arrival, sent communication on things to do in area from local supermarkets, towns, and even a winery. We spent mornings drinking coffee and watching deer , afternoons in town ( Jackson, Monticello and Covington) on the kayaks (life jackets were provided), on lake and did visit the winery in Social Circle GA (it was cute - good wines, especially if you like aweet wines). In the evening, we spent time in the enclosed patio for grilling dinner, hot tub and smors by the fire pit. The house is remodeled and beautiful. From the fixtures, furniture and decor, everything was perfect. Like others said, the walk down to the water is steep, but all the houses in the area have a steep walk to water.

Beautiful property. Large and convenient to having groceries delivered. Wifi was spotty at times but probably due to kids streaming on tv and tablets. Would definitely go back to the same home.

We had a great week at this house on beautiful Lake Jackson. We wanted a house on a lake for boating and fishing. We launched our boat down the road but docked it at the house which was so convenient. The fish didn’t cooperate but the boating was fabulous and we had the lake practically to ourselves through the week. The house met our needs and with 10 of us we had plenty of room to spread out. The owner was very responsive when we had questions.

Awesome stay ! Loved the 2 separate kitchens and bedrooms on different floors with bathRooms on all three floors . Multiple outdoor areas and the hot tub was my favorite at nigh time

This property was the exact remedy for my small family that came from out of town to see our son graduate ;we are local (about 40 min away) but we needed a space where people could move around and no one would be in each other's way and this was perfect it has so many different areas that people could relax , everything was so picturesque and beautiful and well maintained the house looks exactly like the pictures we caught bass fish and it was just a great weekend getaway and I would definitely visit there again.

This home was spacious, the multiple floors and living spaces allowed everyone to have room to relax. We went with our family of 4, two older teens, as well as my mother and aunt. The outside decks made a nice addition to relax and enjoy the weather. The over all feeling of the property was comfortable and inviting.

We wanted to get away for a few days but didn't want to travel far, so this was a perfect distance. We stayed 5 nights and really enjoyed ourselves. Everything was exactly as described in the listing. The owner was prompt to reply to any and all my questions & even gave me a list of local places in case we needed anything. We had a very bad lightning storm one evening (which ruined his tv) and he offered to bring us a new one but we said that wasn't necessary. Just offering was enough for us. We brought our 2 dogs and they seemed to really enjoy wandering around on the decks. There are tons of places for lazy dogs to nap. Thanks David for making us feel welcome.

Life has been tough lately and my family was looking for a remote location on a lake...with a hot tub. This home fit the bill. It was clean and well kept. The owners communication was great which provided for a smooth check in. I appreciated that he reached out a few times during our stay to make sure everything was good. We arrive after a long hard rain so the lake was fairly muddy but my boys still managed to hook a few catfish and crappie from the dock. Be prepared to raise your heart rate, there is no shortage of stairs. Between the numerous decks and multiple floors of the home you will shock your fitbit with the number of stairs climbed. I'm an early riser and came outside to enjoy deer sightings on several mornings. We also saw bald eagles and hawks while fishing and enjoyed the songs of the birds every morning. The hot tub was very nice and definitely helped to ease some tension...but you might want to bring a few extra towels. Overall we enjoyed our stay. We wanted to get away from our everyday lives and relax, soak in the tub and enjoy nature. We got what we wanted. The home was clean and the updates were nicely made. We had a few small issues that I am sure the owners have already taken care of. My only complaints for this review would be stairs and weak wifi.
