We had a reservation for two nights and we only stayed one night and left. This condo is outdated, the kitchen has awful pots and pans, there were like little ants on the stove, the refrigerator door was super dirty, not one napkin or salt and pepper not even coffee filters for the coffee maker. The tub in the master looks old. We had to figure out and restart the TV to be able to watch some TV after messing like with four different remotes and the WiFi was not connecting so I called for help and at the end we had to also restart the modem after spending about an hour trying to figure it out so it was very frustrating. We will not come back to this unit.

This location was adequate for our trip. Everything was "used" and has a few accommodation upkeep needed. Beach access was wonderful, and the facility was clean. A/C vents need to be worked on so they do not close. Overall--it was ok. Not a real value for the cost!

Air went out, heat doesn't work well, couch stunk to high heaven they did remove this thank god, place is in disrepair, no place to put your food I am using my dresser for it. We have been coming here for 26 years, first time at the Royal rather disappointed in the owners around the said a complex I guess they are just in it for the money. Mattress is a box of rocks. Ugh

The beach was our goal and the property is right on it! 3 pools were clean and a great temp. The 2 condo unit was perfect for my family. We had 2 bedrooms, w/3 beds, 2 baths and kitchen. Only negative is the bathrooms are very dated. The ocean view was fabulous and walking distance to multiple restaurants was really convenient.

This condo has an amazing view from the master bedroom and the balcony, very short walk to the beach. Close by restaurants and stores.

The room was large, 2 bedrooms and a living/kitchen area. Kitchen was poorly stocked- no sharp knives, few bowls. The building is old, but the location is great. The balcony gets both morning and afternoon sun and is partially wind-blocked.
