House and accommodations good. Beds comfortable and really nice deck and backyard. Overall, place was pretty good; quiet neighborhood. Could use some additional cleaning (dusting/vac baseboards) and a little TLC. Lots of beach gear at the house but disappointed in the beach access. Told no transferrable beach passes. While not advertised to have passes, Kelly Beach close but no parking. Narragansett Beach had minimal non-resident pay parking and what we understood to be walk on fee per person. Didn’t go. Only found access to Roger Wheeler Beach which was adequate. Would have been better to know that upfront. Don’t list beaches that can’t be used. Restaurants in area were hit or miss and hard to get reservations for dinner. Some meals good others not. Close to Newport for day trip and Diego’s Nachos.

Newly renovated house, fit 8 adults and infant comfortably. Wifi sufficient for 3 working remotely. New deck with plenty of seating. Central location with access to beaches, restaurants, etc.

My family had an amazing week at the house on Montauk. The house was clean, beautiful with an amazing outdoor space and communication with the management company was easy with quick replys. The kids loved the bunk beds and there was even a crib for us to use. The house was clean and stocked with everything we needed for cooking and we were pleasantly surprised by the extras - coolers, beach wagon, beach chairs, yard games, high chair. And S'more supplies was a very nice touch. We enjoyed our days out exploring the area and made sure we had time during our vacation to enjoy the beautifully decorated house, new deck and fire pit. What a lovely weekend I had in Narragansett with my daughter and grandchildren! The house was spotless upon arrival, everything inside seemed to be brand new. We each had king-sized beds and the children seemed to really enjoy sharing the bunk room. Everything was so clean and so comfortable. We were fortunate to have unusually warm weather during our stay and were able to to enjoy walking along the nearby beaches which were beautiful. At night we listened to a Bing Crosby Christmas record which is my absolute favorite during the holidays! Thank you for a delightful visit!
