Overall we had a great time. We had a big family of 14 and it was very spacious. Very clean

Property was as pictured; spacious and clean. Recently renovated master bath was especially nice. Plenty of room for a group of 10 to sleep and gather. Was a little nervous about being on 20th floor, but all was fine.

Perfect location and we all slept comfortably. Beautiful condo and Tidewater has nice amnesties. Condo was very spacious to sleep 12. The view is absolutely breath taking. Will definitely be back!

Great for family gatherings and friends

Our unit at Tidewater was perfect for a crowd - 10 people! Didnt feel croweded. Plenty of space. View from balcony was perfect! Emerald Veach was very responsive to all my needs! Helped me out a bunch! Would highly recommend booking through them!!

Condo was great! Bunk room smaller than pictured, but livable. Beds comfortable, kitchen and bathrooms well stocked. Living room a bit cramped for that large a group, but we made it work with chairs from master bedroom. Deck furniture nice and comfortable. Outdoor pools nice, indoor pool was dirty. HOWEVER, we will not return because not enough elevators to avoid 30 minute waits at busy times. Being on the 20th floor made stairs impossible.

The condo was amazing and very accommodating for my family of 10. Every household item you can think of was there in the condo. Other than going to the beach we didnt have to leave for anything. The only downside to staying is the elevators, everytime we used the elevators we had to wait at least 20-30 minutes which is ridiculous. The elevators themselves can ruin a trip, however we didn't let them stop us from having fun. Overall we enjoyed. The Emerald Beach staff were very helpful in responding to issues I had such as key code/entrance. I would love to stay again but not during a busy season.

Weekend trip with friends. Tidewater Resort was a great place to stay and the staff was friendly and welcoming. Our room was spacious with a ocean view. The management company was quick to answer any texts sent within minutes. We read many reviews about the elevators but we had no problems and very little wait time. Don’t hesitate to book this resort

It is indeed a HUGE condo, will sleep 12 easily, and is GORGEOUS! It was very clean and as it is a corner unit on the 20th floor the views were spectacular! A couple of improvements the owners could make that would make this fabulous condo even better would be better mattresses, as they were hard and squeaky. Also, the couches aren't very comfortable. They were roomy enough with just 4 of us using the condo but if you had a larger party there would not be nearly enough sitting room in the living area. On the plus side, the owners have left very nice beach towels in the condo, and even chairs and other beach toys/floats and that is much appreciated. I would recommend this condo, but again the most important improvement needed is new mattresses as I wouldn't want to stay a whole week on them. We were only there for 3 nights and we were there in February when the rates are lower. I wouldn't want to pay prime summer rates and be sleeping on those.

The hooks on the walls that typically hold jackets, hats, keys etc are basically hanging by a thread. Also, they were nice enough to leave the huge dirty air filter I hope they replaced in the middle of the laundry room. There was mold in the shower in the master bedroom. Was told by my guests it was the same in theirs. All the lamps were unplugged. Couldn't use both lamps in livingroom due to no power supply line to reach them. The fan in the living room couldn't be used due to the grinding sound it made constantly. Expected there to be a door to the bunk room and instead was just a flimsy curtain, completely had to readjust sleeping arrangements because of this. Would have been nice to know before hand. The beach things they have collected were thrown aimlessly in the closet and were lucky they didn't just topple over on us. My sister organized those and it was nice they were available for use. On a positive, the ac worked and so did the ice maker. The patio was nice with a great view. For the price though I was expecting more cleanliness.

We enjoyed our time at Tidewater!

Great views from the 20th floor with a moderately comfortable unit that did give ample space for our party of 7. Needs some TLC and some new mattresses in all rooms. Check in and out was easy but the elevators are a nightmare.

We booked this with my in laws and had a great time! We had a total of 12 people on this trip and there was plenty of space for everyone! We really appreciated the beach chairs, wagon, umbrella etc that was left in the condo for our use as well as products such as foil, seasonings, dish soap etc. The owners were very prompt in responding to our concerns. I will say you have to be 25 to book this condo/check in. I am 24 and the one who booked it even though we had my in laws that were over 25 there with us so we struggled getting checked in due to this even though you had to submit your DOB and drivers license many times prior to check in. Next time I go with a big group we will re-book/share this property with family and friends! Highly recommend!

Great location and great space.

Only 2 complaints. One shower curtain was kinda dirty and the elevators sometimes took FOREVER, but there was nothing you could do about that. We arrived about 3 hrs early and they were so accommodating and allowed us to check in. I would stay again and just pray the elevators are faster lol

This surely was a Beach Haven. When I booked this place there wasn't a lot of review so that can be concerning but I assure anyone looking to book don't be alarmed. The owner was great and were very responsive to all of my concern and questions. Check-in was a breeze. The view from the 20th floor was spectacular with the wrap around balcony. This place was more than I expected for my family and I. I would totally book this place in a heartbeat for my next trip to PCB.

The owner was wonderful and she had amazing communication the entire time. It was a beautiful place and we all had a great time. Can't wait to book again and share with friends and family.

The rental process was easy. We were able to constantly be in contact with the rental company. The unit greatly exceeded our expectations. The pictures don’t do it justice. It was beautiful, with amazing views of the ocean and beach. Our family was more than comfortable with plenty of room for all 10 of us. You should definitely stay here. Condo was perfect in every way. The condo had all our needs including beach towels, beach chairs, boogie boards, board games and amazing views from the master. Kitchen was well stocked. We enjoyed the sunsets and sunrises. The beach was amazing. Ton of great restaurants in the area. Pier park is fantastic. Our family created wonderful memories staying in this condo/area. Sad to say goodbye to the condo. Would rent again in a heartbeat! Thanks for the beautiful stay!
